In order for the breading to be evenly distributed, you can again use the colander: the excess will fall off, and the required amount will stick to the potatoes. The sheet is lined with parchment and sent to the oven for half an hour. Some occasionally turn the potatoes around, some do not touch until the end of the process - it depends on the "nature" of your oven.

But both described methods will not give such a crunchy result, as if we prepare French fries in egg whites! That's for sure - absolutely harmless and at the same time tasteful qualities completely similar to the original dish.

The recipe is simple and easy to implement. Piece six large tubers are cut with straw, not too thin, otherwise it will dry up. From the two eggs the protein is separated and carefully beat up with the addition of salt. To finish whipping it is necessary then, when soft, not falling off peaks appear. The next step is to evenly coat the potatoes with proteins. It's easier to do this if you pour out straws in a bag, where they are transferred, and shake well. The baking tray, as in the previous recipes, is lined with parchment, potatoes are scattered over it, salted and sprinkled with paprika. It is needed not only for the smell, but also for finding a beautiful tempting color. The sheet is removed to the oven until a characteristic, pronounced blush appears.

Not everyone believes that a miracle device can replace a deep fryer. You just do not know how to make French fries in a multivariate. The recipe is very similar to that applied to a deep fryer, although there are some subtleties. If you want to get the same potato as you do in fast food establishments, you will have to act in two stages. The oil is poured into the bowl to the mark of 1 liter and heats up - but not to boil. Potato straws are piecemeal loaded into a bowl and fried in it on baking mode for eight minutes. Each serving is removed and disposed of excess oil on paper towels or in a colander. After cooling, the potato is returned to the hot oil (again in small quantities) and another two minutes is cooked in the same mode. Salt - only after finishing the frying. Then you can sprinkle with spices.
