The cold fermentation dough is very convenient for those who feel the need to cook fresh foods for every meal. For him you will need instant yeast, three hundred grams of wheat flour and a little more glass of water. Mix yeast with flour. Water with a pinch of sea salt. Then pour the flour into the liquid with yeast, knead the dough. Put it in a bowl, greased with vegetable oil, give it a round shape. Place in the refrigerator, tightened with a film, for a period of eight hours to one and a half days. After the dough cools, roll out two pizza with a diameter of about twenty-five centimeters. For the filling, take sixty grams of soft cheese, a spoonful of dry oregano, a couple of ketchup spoons and two medium peppercorns (they should be baked in the oven before the black scorching on the skin). Vegetables after baking should be put in a sealed plastic bag for ten minutes, then cleaned. All the products for the filling are cut, put on the base. Put the pizza in the preheated oven for twelve minutes. However, this is not the only way to cook a delicious and quick dinner.

The recipe for pasta with stew

Boil the pasta (preferably if it's large feathers or thick spaghetti). Leaving them slightly hard, place on a heated frying pan with toasted onion, rosemary and the contents of a can of stew. If there is not enough juice in the meat, add a little water in which the pasta was brewed. This will ensure a sufficient amount of gravy. Serve with vegetables.

Fast dinner. Vegetable souffle with zucchini recipe

You will need three hundred grams of smoked chicken or any other meat, a large onion, four yolks, six proteins, one hundred grams of natural yogurt without sugar, baking powder and two tablespoons of cornstarch. As a vegetable filler, you can take zucchini (five hundred grams) or a frozen mixture (carrots, peas, eggplants, corn, broccoli). From spices with this dish, thyme, white pepper and ginger combine well. It is very important to preheat the oven beforehand so that the souffle will rise. Chop the meat into small cubes. Squash should be cleaned and chopped. If it is too juicy - salt, leave for a while, then squeeze. Mix in a bowl meat, yogurt, zucchini and yolks. Salt, add spices and starch, mixed with baking powder. Proteins in a separate container must be beaten into a strong foam and slowly inserted into the soufflé. Carefully put the resulting mass in a baking dish. Align and send to the oven for fifty minutes. You can additionally sprinkle with grated cheese - and now a quick dinner is ready, the recipe of which meets two requirements at once, simplicity and usefulness!
