  • Alternately, bite the upper lip with the teeth of the lower row and vice versa. The number of repetitions is from 5 to 12 times.
  • Inflate the air in the cheeks, tightly close your lips and roll the air around the corners of your mouth, while breathing smoothly. Instead of air, water can be rolled. The number of repetitions is from 5 to 12 times.
  • Take a small feather, lightly throw it up and chase it with a stream of air, trying to keep it upstairs for as long as possible.

  • Place the index, nameless and middle fingers of both hands on the forehead in such a way that the ring finger fixes the eyebrows. Press your fingers on the forehead and eyebrows, while trying to raise your eyebrows.
  • Point fingers on the eyebrows and, with a slight pressure, try to move the eyebrows to the bridge of the nose, overcoming the resistance of the hands.
  • Place the index and middle fingers of both hands on the inner and outer corners of the eyes, respectively. Lightly press the pads of your fingers, and look upwards. Strongly overshadow your eyes, then relax them, and the eyelids should be maximally opened.
  • Pull the chin forward and slowly outline the letter O. Repeat 6-8 times.
  • Slowly lower your head down to your chest, and just tilt it back to your back. Repeat 8 times.
  • Slowly tilt the head back, push the chin a little forward, as if the fish were on land. Repeat 8 times.
  • Put your hands on your forehead. Press them on the forehead area, while trying to pull the face forward (the hands get in the way). Repeat 8-10 times.
  • Put your hands on the back of your head and, pressing, prevent your head from moving back. Repeat 8 - 10 times.

Exercises for the face will bring the desired effect only if they are regularly (daily) performed. But, you see, you can allocate a few minutes, especially since simultaneously with the performance of exercises for the face, you also raise your spirits, looking at the grimaces that are reflected in the mirror.
