Ethical norms and their meaning

Ethics is a set of rules that determine the norm of behavior when communicating and interacting with other people. And ethical norms are, strictly speaking, the rules themselves, the observance of which makes contacts with others pleasant for everyone. Non-observance of etiquette does not entail criminal or administrative liability (in most cases), but is condemned by others, which is also a punishment for the offender.

At work, at school or university, at home with relatives, in a store, in public transport - there are at least two people interacting with each other. This interaction includes facial expressions, actions and conversation, and all these components are evaluated by others. Of course, it's unpleasant for anybody to get a kick in the subway, hear rudeness from the seller, see a coarse mug of a colleague or classmate, feel the disdain of their loved ones. A well-educated person will never deliberately commit acts that cause discomfort and, especially, pain to other people. He will follow special rules - ethical norms.

Do not push, do not be rude to the interlocutor, do not talk with your mouth full - these are the rules of etiquette, allowing you to make communication with others easy and enjoyable. To comply with ethical standards is very important, because otherwise there is a great risk of being known as a rascal and a boor, and with such people they prefer not to have business. And the person, from whom everything turns away, is very difficult.

It is very important to observe ethical standards of behavior, because it is actions that characterize a person. Unfortunately, the rules of good tone have long ceased to be studied without fail. This explains the rudeness and tactlessness of today's youth, its defiant behavior. Observance of etiquette can be achieved only by setting a good example, but a rare teenager takes an example from his parents and teachers. Serve as a role model can be "cool" peers and friends, idols, but not parents. Thus, in modern society, ethical norms are gradually disappearing into the past, which leads to the lack of culture, hamovatosti and ignorance of the growing generation.

However, even a person who has not received proper education in childhood can improve, for that, and there is self-improvement. Libraries, theaters, special schools - all this exists specifically for those who want to become a cultural person, a Man with a capital letter.

Equally important are the ethical norms of communication, because the need for contact, dialogue with others is experienced by every person. Even those who call themselves unsociable and uncommunicative are in need of contact, just pick their interlocutors more carefully.

Communicating with a polite person always brings pleasure, you want to talk with him again and again. Dialogue with the rude leaves an unpleasant sludge and reluctance to continue the conversation.

Ethics of communication includes not so many rules. So, in the dialogue it is unacceptable to raise the tone and rude to the interlocutor, the ban also extends to covert insults. It is necessary to listen carefully to the speaker, but to interrupt or repeat it several times is the same.

Remember these rules are not so difficult, and observing them can easily become the soul of any company.
