Ethical norms and their meaning
Ethics is a set of rules that determine the norm of behavior when communicating and interacting with other people. And ethical norms are, strictly speaking, the rules themselves, the observance of which makes contacts with others pleasant for everyone. Non-observance of etiquette does not entail criminal or administrative liability (in most cases), but is condemned by others, which is also a punishment for the offender.
Do not push, do not be rude to the interlocutor, do not talk with your mouth full - these are the rules of etiquette, allowing you to make communication with others easy and enjoyable. To comply with ethical standards is very important, because otherwise there is a great risk of being known as a rascal and a boor, and with such people they prefer not to have business. And the person, from whom everything turns away, is very difficult.
However, even a person who has not received proper education in childhood can improve, for that, and there is self-improvement. Libraries, theaters, special schools - all this exists specifically for those who want to become a cultural person, a Man with a capital letter.
Communicating with a polite person always brings pleasure, you want to talk with him again and again. Dialogue with the rude leaves an unpleasant sludge and reluctance to continue the conversation.
Ethics of communication includes not so many rules. So, in the dialogue it is unacceptable to raise the tone and rude to the interlocutor, the ban also extends to covert insults. It is necessary to listen carefully to the speaker, but to interrupt or repeat it several times is the same.
Remember these rules are not so difficult, and observing them can easily become the soul of any company.
