In bacterial endocervicitis, respectively, antibacterial agents are used - these can be vaginal ointments, suppositories or tablets. Medications "Betadin", "Gipalgin" and "Terzhinan" are considered very effective. If the inflammation is caused by the activity of fungi, then the drugs "Diflucan", "Fluconazole", "Mycosyst" are used for treatment. In addition, after therapy, it is necessary to normalize the microflora of the vagina - the patients are prescribed candles "Acilact" or "Vaginorm". In some cases, additional immunotherapy is performed.
