Tincture of aralia - an excellent remedy for nerve and fatigue

Tincture of aralia is an excellent remedy for many diseases and, in its therapeutic effect, is close to ginseng.

Aralia is a low plant that belongs to the same family and resembles a palm tree in appearance. The tree has a straight, thin, unbranched trunk, studded with spines, with a dense whorl of decorative large leaves on the top of which is located on long petioles. The plant has small greenish nondescript flowers, which are collected in paniculate large inflorescences, reaching 45 cm in length. At the top of the trunk, about 6-8 inflorescences are collected. Berry-like bluish-black fruits are 3-5 mm in diameter, have five brushes. Flowering begins in July, fruiting begins in late September.

Tincture of aralia and other plant products have a tonic, antitoxic, anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic and hypotensive action. Tincture of the roots and water decoction stimulate the heart work, stimulate the nervous system, reduce the duration of narcotic sleep. Preparations of aralia excite breath, have anti-stress effect, increase vital capacity of lungs and muscle strength. Tincture of aralia is low in toxicity and is more active in comparison with preparations of leuzea and ginseng.

Tincture of aralia: instruction and medical application

Plant drugs are used for hypotension, asthenic conditions, depressions, with long-term effects of craniocerebral trauma having asthenic syndrome and neurasthenic reaction. Tincture is effective in schizophrenia with athenopochondria syndrome, with asthenodepressive state, impotence, neurasthenia, psychasthenia, amenorrhea, postgrippous aranoiditis with a syndrome of severe asthenia. The use of the tincture is indicated for physical and mental overwork. Favorable result was noted in the treatment of tincture of patients with hypotension, asthenodepressive state associated with overfatigue. In such patients, improvement of well-being and increase in ability to work is noted. Relief of the condition was observed in patients with the initial stages of atherosclerosis and post-traumatic disorders.

Tincture of aralia can be prepared independently. To do this, 20 grams of roots of the plant are poured with 100 grams of 7 percent alcohol solution and insist two weeks, then filter and squeeze. In the finished form, the tincture of aralia should have a peculiar smell, an amber color and a pleasant taste. Use for a month during a meal, taking 30 drops at a time. In a day, 2-3 sessions are necessary. With increased arterial pressure, the dose is reduced to 10 drops. In this case, the course of treatment is repeated, is 2 or 3 weeks with a two-week break.

In addition tinctures make broths from leaves, bark and roots of aralia. A tablespoon of raw material must be filled with a whole glass of boiling water and continue boiling in a water bath in an enameled sealed container for half an hour. After cooling at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, filter, then squeeze and top up with boiling water to the original level. Keep in the refrigerator for no more than three days. Take a decoction of a spoon three times a day for a third of an hour before eating. The drug is effective in diseases of the gastrointestinal system, diabetes, colds, night urinary incontinence, inflammation of the mouth, as a strengthening for hepatic and renal anomalies in order to enhance urination.

The preparation "Saparan" is also produced, based on the tincture of aralia. The patients' comments on the treatment are very positive.
