When the broth from buds is ready, we begin to place the ingredients in our pickle with a pearl barley. Let the dish leave, and for 6-7 minutes before removing the pot from the fire, throw the meatballs. For minced meat, you need a fish fillet (250 grams), 60 g of crumb of white bread soaked in milk, and a spoon (dining room) of butter. Stir the minced meat thoroughly, add salt, pepper and spices, form small balls and gently dip into the soup. If desired, add brine to the dish. Served soup with chopped greens.
