No one is immune from a sudden illness. So it turns out that if you are employed, then you must follow certain rules. A list of incapacity for work, it is a sick leave sheet, is issued to an employee of a certain organization / firm / company for presentation as evidence of his temporary incapacity for work. At the same time, on the part of the employer, in the presence of a sick leave sheet, the employee is paid a one-time allowance.

How to draw up a temporary disability sheet

It would seem that the difficult thing is to bring a paper confirming your illness? There are such certificates a number of features, without which the employer can ignore your sick leave and deny benefits. So, the list of incapacity for work should have clear records of the attending physician (this may be a doctor at the place of residence or a private doctor, but certainly with a stamp and license number), which includes both the employee's data - address, work place, name, birth date, Clear handwriting written diagnosis. Such a certificate is issued for a period of three days, that is, a patient - in the case of an extension of the hospital - he must visit the doctor again and take the following certificate.
It is possible, among other things, to issue sickness cards in connection with a disease of one of the relatives. In this case, also every three days, until the end of the illness, to come to the hospital for help. Depending on whether one child is sick or several at once, and also from the age of the patient for whom care is needed, the conditions for obtaining a sick leave sheet are changed. With a child under 7 years old, the parent has the right to stay all the time, until full recovery. Up to fifteen years - only for 15 days, however, taking into account the nature of the child's illness. So, if he has a blood infection, has a tumor (malignant) or severe burns on his body, the hospital can be extended, but by the decision of the commission. And with children after 15 (or adults), the opportunity to take a sick leave is reduced to three calendar days. At the same time, an extension is possible - also by a decision of the commission. In addition, with the disease of several children at once, they are given one general list of incapacity for work.

Cases involving the payment of benefits from work are:
- standard hospital;
- receiving damages that interfere with the full operation;
- injury in the workplace or a disease associated with the specifics of the work;
- care for a family member (child, husband, father, etc.);
- transferring to another company for work in connection with a disease acquired at the place of work in the company paying the allowance;
- In addition, the list of incapacity for work implies benefits if the employee is in a sanatorium in the direction of a doctor.

Every year every employee has the right to leave. If you get sick while in an official, paid organization, which you work for, then this organization must pay you a hospital benefit. If the disease has occurred in the period of voluntary, that is, unpaid leave, the employee is deprived of this benefit. And charging it starts from the day of official work.
