We are used to fruit jelly, the recipe of which is known to absolutely all the housewives. Especially for its preparation, ingredients are needed, which are almost always at hand. However, in fact, there are many options for this refreshing, low-calorie and tasty dessert. It remains only to take note and surprise your family with new dishes.

Jelly from cottage cheese

You can quickly biscuit curd jelly. His recipe is very old and is known almost everywhere. You will need cottage cheese, and if you want sweeter, then the cottage cheese mass (about 400 grams) will do. You definitely need a glass of sour cream, as much sugar and water. Will not do without fruit. You can use the opportunity and bananas, and peaches, and apples. Finally, the king in this dish will be gelatin.

A bag of gelatin is poured in hot water. In this state, it is left for a quarter of an hour to make it swell. In a separate bowl in the meantime, sugar, cottage cheese and sour cream are mixed. Later, gelatin is added here and everything is again thoroughly mixed. Fruits are cut into a deep container or a special mold and laid out on the bottom. On top, they are poured into the resulting mixture and sent to the refrigerator to cool the jelly. This usually takes 2-3 hours. Then dessert spread on a plate and decorate with fruit, powder, chocolate or almond flakes.

Jelly with chocolate

It will not be difficult to make chocolate jelly. The recipe is quite simple, and no supernatural ingredients are required. You only need 4 glasses of milk, one and a half tiles of chocolate, a third of a glass of sugar, a packet of gelatin and a little vanilla.

Milk is heated on low heat and chocolate is rubbed into it and sugar is poured out. All is thoroughly mixed until dissolved. Vanillin and gelatin are also added here. All this is put on the fire again, you need to stir it, you have to wait until the mixture starts to boil. Only after that, the fragrant liquid is poured into molds and sent to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Honey jelly. The recipe is original

To surprise the visitors it is possible beautiful jelly which becomes from honey. For preparation, half the glass of this useful product (honey), 1 packet of gelatin, lemon juice and water (no less than 4 glasses) is required. Honey itself is bred in water, and this mixture is put on fire. As soon as it boils, it is removed from the plate and poured gelatin, then again sent to the fire to boil. Finally, in the future of jelly add lemon juice (literally 1 tablespoon) and poured into molds or beautiful wine glasses that go to the refrigerator in order to properly freeze.

Jelly from berries

It is possible to prepare and berry jelly, the recipe assumes the presence of the following ingredients:

  • Water,
  • Berries (can be frozen),
  • Sugar,
  • Lemon acid,
  • Gelatin.

To begin with soak a bag of gelatin in water (it can be cold). In the meantime, prepare berries. They can be different, the taste of the mistress. They are washed and squeezed juice. The rest is poured with 3 glasses of water and put on fire. Thus, you need to boil this berry mixture and then strain and add a half glass of sugar and a little citric acid to give the original taste of jelly. All this is again brought to a boil, and then there is gelatin, which is thoroughly mixed in the mixture. The berry juice is also poured in here, and the liquid is ready for the process of transfusion into molds, which later will fall into the refrigerator.

The Ukrainian jelly. Recipe with alcohol

Very adult like soft and tender jelly called "Vershkovka". This dish comes from Ukraine. And to create it you need wine (about 25g), a bag of gelatin, cream (you can fatty, 400g), sugar (slightly more than 0.5 glass) and vanillin.

Gelatin, as usual, dissolves in warm water and wine, vanillin (about the tip of the knife) and sugar are added to it. All this is put on the stove and brought to a boiling point. After the syrup is cooled and filtered. Separately, using a mixer, whip the cream and pour them into a sweet gelatin mixture. And now, the received mass is sent to the molds and to the refrigerator.

Jelly is always a very original dessert. However, it is not difficult to cook it!
