Biographical information

Alexander Ishchenko is a native of Russkoye village (Stavropol Territory, Kursk district). Date of birth - 09/07/1959. After graduating from the Terek Agricultural Technical School in 1978, he was drafted into the ranks of the Armed Forces of the USSR.

After demobilization for nine years he worked in his native Kursk district of Stavropol. He was a collective farm mechanic, he became the chief engineer in a large transport enterprise.

1989 Ishchenko met the director at one of the Kogalym enterprises in the construction industry. Four years later he was entrusted with the post of general director in the North Caucasus branch of Lukoil. Until 1992, Alexander Nikolayevich was a student at the Stavropol Agricultural Institute, until 2003 - the North Caucasus State Technical University.

Later he studied at the Russian Academy of State Service under the President of Russia, defended his thesis on the models and methods of managing the trade and intermediary company.

Since 2003, Alexander Ishchenko is a member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from Georgievsky single-mandate 54th electoral district. He joined the Duma Committee on Nature Management from United Russia. He was elected to the State Duma and in the next, fifth convocation.

About awards

Alexander Ischenko has the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation for achievements in the fuel and energy complex (2001), thanks to the head of the State Duma of the Russian Federation (2006), the Certificate of Honor of the State Duma of the Russian Federation (2008), the Certificate of Honor of the Russian President (2011) .

Since 2009, he has been awarded the title of Honorary Professor of the North Caucasus State Technical University, and since 2012 - a laureate of the State Prize for Science and Technology.

Alexander Ishchenko received the title of laureate of the State Prize for his participation in the development and industrial implementation of an innovative scientific, methodological and technological solution in the process of creating oil transport communications in the northern seas.

Parliamentary activity

Two convocations in the State Duma allowed to render good support for the native Stavropol Territory. Ishchenko Alexander paid much attention to the development of the eastern Stavropol territories. He took a direct part in the development of investment programs, according to which the Stavropol Territory has received over 405 million rubles from the state budget since 2003, and the regional budget has also allocated 390 million to the eastern territories.

These funds were enough to build and reconstruct the buildings of two polyclinics (the city of Georgievsk and Zelenokumsk). Each clinic is designed to receive five hundred visitors.

The construction of the greenstone bridge, two schools (Russkoe village, Kursk district and Zelenaya Roshcha settlement, Stepnovsky district) was completed. Several villages and villages in Georgievsky district got gas and centralized water supply.

In the fourth convocation of the State Duma, Ishchenko served as deputy chairman in the environmental committee. He was a member of the Duma commission on the North Caucasus, participated as a co-author in 17 draft laws on environmental issues.

Since 2012, Alexander Ischenko was elected to the Duma of Stavropol (fifth convocation), where his competence included issues of ecology, development of the eastern territory of the region and the Kavminvod district.

In 2015, he participated in the work on 150 bills. The thematic of these bills was fiscal policy, reform in the local self-government bodies, development of housing and communal services and land relations.

The Legislative Committee actively worked on the issues of ensuring the health care system, improving education, culture, sports, and social protection for vulnerable groups of the population.

The deputy actively participated in work on the law on children of war, which provides for the growth of social benefits and increased benefits. The Stavropol Duma Security Committee, veteran organizations, the Cossacks were involved in this problem.

The deputies were warmly thanked by the residents of the village of Kevsala, where with his help the water pipe to the rural dispensary building was repaired and major repairs of this building were organized within the framework of the Stavropol regional program for the modernization of the health care system.

Preparations for elections

In March this year, Alexander Ishchenko, along with another deputy of the regional Duma Elena Bondarenko, sent documents for participation in the primaries, which was organized by the party "United Russia". The parliamentarians intend to fight for the nomination to the State Duma of St. George's single-mandate district of Stavropol.

In the media, in June, the results of primaries for the Nevinnomyssk Electoral District No. 66, where Ishchenko won, were given 52.72 percent of the vote.
