  • Piece of pork tenderloin weighing about 1 kg;
  • Red wine (preferably dry) with a volume of about 250 ml;
  • A few (2-3) cloves of garlic;
  • A pinch of rosemary, salt, ground pepper;
  • A few (3-4) spoons of olive oil.

Pork in the marinade in the oven, cooked according to this recipe, will turn out delicious and very juicy. The main secret is that the meat should be pumped with wine from the syringe, and then cover with marinade. So, step by step instruction.

Cut a piece of meat, dry it. Remove excess veins and fat. Use a regular syringe with a needle to collect the wine and cut the meat from all sides. You need to use 200-250 ml of wine for a kilogram piece.

The recipe for pork marinade is as follows: garlic must be ground with a large salt, black pepper and dry rosemary. Pour a small amount of olive oil. If desired, you can add other spices to your liking. Ready mixture should grate a piece of meat and put marinade for 1-2 hours.   • Mustard marinade is prepared this way: you need to grind a few cloves of garlic, add a couple of spoons of mustard, mayonnaise or sour cream. Salt to taste and spread a piece of meat.   • Marinade from kefir and kiwi is made as follows: for 500 ml of kefir take 6-7 heads of onions and 3-4 pieces of kiwi. Onions need to be mashed with salt, and bring the kiwi to a puree state. Mix everything. Meat, meanwhile, grate with spices and pour the resulting sauce. Leave for several hours at room temperature. After that, we take out a piece and bake it.
  • Marinade is also made with mineral water. To do this, pork must be salted, add spices. A thin knife make a lot of deep cuts throughout the piece. In each of them place a mixture of salt and garlic. If desired, the meat can be larded with lard, vegetables or fruit. Carbonated mineral water should be mixed with lemon juice and pour this mixture on meat. This marinade is suitable both for baking whole pieces, and for cooking shish kebab.
