These components are necessary ideally, but you can prepare oatmeal cookies, recipe diversify. For example, those seeds or nuts that are written above, it is possible to replace them with those that you have. To this delicacy, if desired, you can add dried fruits. Preparation is simple: you need to mix all the ingredients in a thick mixture. Then from it you need to mold small lozhechechki. We put them on the parchment, primed with this so that we get flat cutlets. We warm the oven to 180 degrees and send our baking tray into the oven with the future cookies for baking. At the end of the batch, add a glass of flour and baking powder. We knead a homogeneous dough and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours. This will allow the oatmeal to swell, absorbing moisture.

Next, you need to get the dough out of the refrigerator, and hand wetted in the water. Thanks to this, when forming a cookie, the dough will not remain on your hands. It is important to form not too thick liver, as it will be more difficult for them to be baked in the oven.
