How to "decorate" oat flakes, give them a more pleasant taste and make it more useful?

After cooling, mix all parts, put them in a mold, previously covered with parchment, and pour on top with dark chocolate, melted in a water bath. In the cooled state, the mold should be placed in the refrigerator for about an hour to completely freeze. In order to eat, it is necessary to cut a large "loaf" into small plates. Such "yummy" will like sweet tooth. You can keep it for 3 weeks if you can save it from children. The main thing is that you yourself prepared bars of natural ingredients, without the admixtures of preservatives and other not very useful components.

Pancakes from the remnants of porridge: to the mass you need to add salt, sugar, a little flour and a grated apple. Mix everything, bake it! It turns out delicious and useful.

Casserole from the oatmeal is prepared as follows: flakes (200 g) are mixed with sugar (100 g) and fried in butter, and several apples are rubbed on a large grater. Further flakes are laid out in a form, oiled, on top of apples and all this is poured in one glass of milk (can be cream). Bake for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.

It is very useful to eat Hercules for those who want to lose weight. For this, you can pour flakes with kefir or yoghurt. Among the supporters of proper nutrition, a "beauty salad" is popular, which is prepared very simply: oatmeal is poured overnight with warm water, and in the morning mixed with raisins and honey. The combination of nutrients in this dish has a beneficial effect on the skin.

If you add oat flakes "Hercules" in minced meat for cutlets, they will turn out more magnificent. You can put a handful of cereal in soups and cocktails. And if you grind them in a coffee grinder, they will fit as a breading.

Which flakes to choose?

Instant cooking is easy to use, it is enough to pour boiling water, but in such a bag of calories too much by adding sugar, so those who lose weight, it does not fit. It is better to deal with instant porridge, which should be cooked for several minutes. But the most valuable is the oatmeal porridge, the flakes of which need to boil for 10-15 minutes.

It is necessary to pay attention to the date of release and the shelf life, if the flakes are stored in a leaky container, it will deteriorate.
