Apples and cherries

Original to taste and quite affordable by ingredients, such soaked apples for the winter are harvested with cherry berries. As in the previous recipe, the fruits preserved by this technology acquire a pleasant pink color and look great on the table. What you need: apples - 20 kg, cherry (berry) - 3 kg. It is better to take sweet cherry "lutovka", the cola varieties, they are sweeter, and the fruits are tastier with them, as well as syrup. If cherries are wormy, soak them for half an hour in salted water, and then rinse. Water for pouring take 10 liters, sugar - 1.5 kg. As the syrup prepares, you already know. Lay the foods as described in the previous recipe, fill the jars with syrup, set the opium and put them in a cool place to infuse.
