For cooking, you need: a glass of milk, a half a kilo of sifted flour, a packet of yeast, a glass of sugar, margarine, a pinch of salt, three tablespoons of ground cinnamon and an egg. On top of the bun cross-cut, smear them with eggs and sprinkle with poppy seeds. The baking tray is laid with special baking paper and buns are placed on it. The oven is heated to two hundred degrees, put a baking sheet in it with buns and bake them for half an hour.

Recipe for "Sweet biscuit-pretzel" :

It will take: a glass of milk, 400 gr. Flour, a teaspoon of dry yeast, an egg, 1.5 tbsp. A spoonful of sugar and a pinch of salt, butter. Milk warms up a little, dissolve sugar, salt and yeast in it. Add the egg, flour, 100 gr. Melted butter and knead the dough. Leave it to rise in a warm place for 30-60 minutes. When the dough is suitable, it is greased with vegetable oil and rolled into a thin rectangular sheet. Fold the sheet into a roll and cut into pieces, 2 cm thick. Each of these pieces is cut in the middle, leaving 1 cm from the edge, and then unfolded so that the bun is like an eight. Buns are sprinkled with sugar and baked at a temperature of 180 degrees 20 minutes.
