Two glasses of milk are poured out here, 300 grams of flour and half a cup of melted butter are poured. Also a spoonful of baking powder is added, everything is thoroughly whipped until a homogeneous mass similar to dough as pancakes is obtained.

It is also possible to prepare crispy wafers, the recipe of which contains cocoa, in the end you will get a delicious chocolate dessert. To do this, mix a spoonful of milk with egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. It also adds 2 tablespoons of sugar, after which everything is mixed. Separately, whites are whipped into the foam, which are combined with the main mass. In the mixture, carefully added flour, one teaspoon of vanillin and cocoa. The dough should get a little bit fluid. Wafers are baked immediately. The suitable filling for them will be the following. Melt the melted butter (2 teaspoons) with 100 grams of grated chocolate. Gelatin (a teaspoon) is stirred and lightly heated in 50 grams of creamy cream, mixed with a chocolate-oil mixture. You can add a spoonful of liquor or red wine.

Crispy wafers are prepared by the following method. A packet of margarine (you can take butter) melts on a small fire. It adds a glass of sugar, 5 eggs and 2 glasses of flour. Everything is carefully kneaded. You can also put a spoonful of vanilla essence. If it is necessary to prepare wafer tubules, it is worth remembering that waffles should be wrapped immediately, as they instantly freeze, after which they can break.

The filling for a wafer can be the most various, beginning from a gentle custard and finishing fruit and berries. To prepare crispy wafers, it is better to choose a filling from cream or condensed milk, since waffles from berries will take extra moisture, because of what they can soon become soft, however, no less tasty.
