Creamy mushroom sauce and not only

Everyone knows that seasonings increase or even improve the taste of a particular dish. For example, without such a simple seasoning as salt, no one thinks of modern cuisine. This article will focus on sauces that can give a special flavor to the dishes of any cuisine. Perhaps the most famous of the sauces is mayonnaise, which can be bought at the store. However, it is much more pleasant to consume the food that you prepare with your own hands than the seasoning. Moreover, what you do yourself, can be no worse than production on the shelves.

Many different sauces and other tasty seasonings can be prepared from mushrooms, including creamy mushroom sauce. Mushrooms give this dish its special delicate taste. Creamy mushroom sauce is suitable for many dishes, it is done quickly and simply, and its taste is simply excellent. They not only can spice up the dishes, but also bake some meat products in it, including stuffed cabbage rolls, cutlets, etc. If you do not have cream for making sauce, then take instead of them a thin sour cream. Unfortunately, not all varieties of mushrooms are available all year round - the vast majority of them can be collected at best only one month a year, and sometimes one needs to be a good mushroom picker so as not to confuse the variety you want with inedible mushrooms. All year round, of all mushrooms, only champignons are available, since they are grown in greenhouses. That's why this sort of mushrooms is more preferable for making this sauce - after all, the mushrooms do not have to go far. To ensure that the creamy mushroom sauce is of high quality, use fresh products.

Take a pound of champignons, onions, 200 grams of cream, three eggs and salt and pepper to your liking. To make a creamy mushroom sauce, cut into thin mushrooms the mushrooms, onion - half rings, chop the mushrooms and onions, add salt and fry in a skillet in vegetable oil.

After breaking the eggs, separate the yolks from the protein, mix the yolks with the cream. Proteins you do not need - you can use them for cooking other dishes. To prepare a creamy tomato sauce, you will need: three tablespoons of sour cream 20%, a tablespoon of mayonnaise with lemon juice, 5 grams of dried basil, half a teaspoon of coriander, a tablespoon of tomato paste. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, basil, coriander, add salt and pepper. Add tomato paste to this mixture, then beat well until smooth, which then put 15 minutes into the refrigerator. After that you can serve creamy tomato sauce to the table. It is enough to add just one of his spoons - and any dish will get a more rich, bright taste. This special flavor makes the creamy tomato sauce an excellent seasoning for almost any dish on your table, and not just for vegetable or meat.

Creamy sour cream sauce for its taste qualities can even replace mayonnaise, and you can cook it in just two or three minutes. Take 50 g of butter, a half cup of thick sour cream, two eggs, to taste - mustard, salt, dill greens and grated nutmeg can also be taken to your liking. Eggs cook, hard-boiled, and chop them with a fork. While cooking eggs, you can already begin to prepare creamy sour cream sauce. Grind also the greens of dill, finely cutting it with a knife. Melt the butter in the kettle and add all the other ingredients to it, stirring it thoroughly. If there is no mustard, instead of it you can use grated horseradish in vinegar - one tablespoon is enough. After preparing this mixture and bringing it to the boil, remove from the heat your creamy sour cream sauce. At will, you can cool it by putting it in the fridge, or you can serve it to the dishes still hot, depending on what kind of food you have prepared it for. So, creamy-sour cream sauce is ready, guests are waiting, serve!
