Cranberry tincture on vodka: the way of preparation

Among the various types of alcoholic infusions, the so-called "cranberry" is very popular, the taste of which has become popular with many connoisseurs of homemade spirits. The berries should be washed in advance and cleaned from twigs and sticks, then passed through a meat grinder or softened through a sieve. For example, before serving, it is necessary to cool the drink to get the desired taste and saturation. Ideal product will be to the dessert table, but no one forbids you to use it at the usual festive table, if ordinary hot drinks already seem banal to you. In this case, the presence of cranberry notes add a drink of a certain sophistication and unusual. At the same time, the cranberries will look equally relevant not only in ordinary decanter, but also in various festive bottles created for home wines and spirits.

In principle, in the manufacture of cranberry tincture, other options are possible. For example, it is not forbidden to add various herbs and spices, most importantly - to maintain a certain combination and observe moderation in their quantity.
