Moreover, if you correctly follow the recipe for its preparation, you can pleasantly surprise the quality of a noble drink, even the most demanding gourmet.

Wine can be made from different fruits, but the alcoholic product made of cherry is still popular.

Varieties of this stone fruit plant are numerous. Each of them has a different degree of suitability for the preparation of a noble drink. Of course, many will be interested to learn how to make wine from cherries at home.

It should be noted that it is ideal to use such dark-colored varieties as "shpanka", "lyubskaya", "vladimirskaya". Thanks to them, the product will turn out to be fragrant and dense.

Before turning to the question of how to make wine from cherries at home, it is necessary to say a few words about the juice that this berry allocates. It is incredibly thick, it contains a lot of acid - up to 2.2%, and glucose - 12.8%. Also there are tannins - 0.1%, which impart astringency to the alcoholic beverage.

Before you prepare a wine from cherry at home, read the following tips:

A) Only whole and ripe berries should be used, which should not be overripe. Note that the fruit is suitable for cooking wine for three days from the time of harvest.

B) Before making wine from cherries at home, remove the bones from the berries, otherwise the drink will be bitter.

Remember that you can not neglect the above rules, otherwise the quality of the drink will suffer.

So, the simplest recipe for wine from cherries. You will need these ingredients:

1) cherry juice - 1 liter;

2) water - 0.5 liters;

3) sugar - 350 grams.

The above components are referred to as a wort.

First of all, it is necessary to wash and grind the berry with the help of a meat grinder, and then place it under the press. As a result, you will get a crushed cherry, which the winemakers call a pulp.

Then you need to get juice from crushed berries, which is diluted with water. To make the wine strong, add sugar, but it is very important not to overdo it, because the process of fermentation can slow down.

The next stage is fermentation. To ensure that it proceeds properly, specialists use special wine tremors. If they are not, then you can buy the usual ones. Some as an ingredient for good fermentation are recommended to put raisins.

After the fermentation is complete, take a 10 liter glass container and fill it with ¾ of the wort. The neck of the bottle is sealed with a cork, and the wine is placed in a darkened place. However, this is not the end of making home-made wine. In three days the drink will begin to wander actively. The above process will last approximately three weeks. 15 days after the termination of fermentation, one can proceed to clarification of the wine material, which is made by an artificial method. Then the wine is again poured into glass containers, clogged and placed in the basement for storage.

As a result, it turns out that making home-made wine from cherries is not a difficult process, however, it requires certain skills.
