Complex protein - the basis of sports nutrition

It is always human nature to strive for ideal and self-improvement in order to become (or seem to be around) even more beautiful and even stronger. The ideal means for this is considered sport, which involves applying considerable effort to achieve significant results. In the process of sporting activities and, as a consequence, of large loads, the organism is rebuilt, it needs a special, balanced diet. The best solution in this situation are special dietary supplements - complex proteins. This is a completely modern approach.

The best complex proteins are high-quality products, saturated with specially prepared protein compounds. Quickly absorbed in the digestive tract and saturating the athlete's body with amino acids, they contribute to the early growth and recovery of muscle tissue. Complex protein has nothing to do with steroid anabolic agents.

The principle of action of protein preparations is quite different. They consist of twenty-one amino acids, contained in the human body initially. In other words, complex protein replenishes the natural supply of amino acids lost by the body under heavy physical loads. The more and more intensive these loads, the more protein (protein) is required for the athlete. If you try to get the necessary amount of protein compounds from normal foods, then the body will simply receive an excessive amount of calories and cholesterol, which will cause considerable harm. Therefore, a complex protein, which is a different compound of pure concentrated protein, is the optimal solution.

Proteins that perform a very wide range of various functions in the body, among other things, stimulate metabolic processes, form muscle cells, activate their growth and division, increase overall resistance and immunity. For athletes, the most important are the building and contractile functions of protein compounds. The intake of complex proteins allows increasing the intensity of the training process and rapidly increasing muscle mass.

It is especially important to saturate the body with protein for half an hour after the end of training. Otherwise, the entire body resource will be directed to the restoration of damaged muscle tissue, rather than to muscle growth. Consequently, the desired effect will not be achieved. Another important role of the protein is to stimulate the secretion of insulin, which in turn is the main neutralizer of cortisol, a substance produced during training and causing destruction of muscle tissue.

Complex protein differs from conventional varieties in that, due to the ideal proportions of different protein compounds, it provides the highest concentration of amino acids immediately after ingestion. What is not observed in the case of the use of conventional slowly digestible proteins, which, however, are able to provide a longer saturation of the muscles with amino acids.

Complex protein is produced mainly in the form of a powder, from which nutritious and high-calorie cocktails are prepared. Also there are already prepared drinks and bars. Such forms of release are very convenient and they have the ability of rapid absorption into the blood.
