Coils with bytrailer - for easy switching

Recently coils with baytuner have become very popular. In essence, this is a common carp tackle, but with one additional option: instantaneous disengagement of the main friction brake with the help of a specially provided lever.

Coils with a bypasser are only inertial. The system by which they "work" has an adjustable friction that provides the ability to adjust the resistance. That is, in fact, this tackle has two brakes separately adjustable from each other. Thanks to this, the fisherman is given the opportunity to switch very quickly from one resistance level to another against the rotation of the spool.

Having at once two clutches, the coil helps to react in time at the moment when there is a danger that the extraction can drag the tackle. Spit a powerful fish is able to unwind the line with a little effort, but with the handle back and the undercut the rear clutch does not turn on. And then the fisherman can safely haul his prey.

With the aid of a coil with a bypasser it is very convenient to catch not only carp, but also barbel, crucian carp, tench, carp, etc. It can be used with both donka and feeder, and even with spinning tackle. Suppose a trophy pike pulls deeper, and the angler does not have the ability to instantly relax the friction. A coil with a bypasser allows you to take control of the situation: one position of the handle will give it a free walk, and the other will return control.

The lever, installed in place of the standard brake location, makes it possible, as it were, to let go or drop resistance, that is, the fish does not feel any inconvenience when biting, so it continues to tighten the line until the alarm goes off. The fisherman can only close the baytaner (just turn the handle). And as soon as this option is turned off, the normal adjustment system comes into operation. At the same time, the switching is very calm, without an abrupt transition, which is especially important when catching a large fish. In addition, not only the line, but also the trophy itself is preserved. The described tackles are larger in size because they are intended for large fish.

Coils with baytuner in stores are presented in a large assortment and different price segment. Many prefer manufacturers such as Shimano or Daiwa, but the most affordable are Chinese Kaida, Mifine, etc., the main and spare spools of which are made of aluminum, and the body is made of plastic.

The special design of the roller significantly reduces the risk of twisting the line. In addition, the inertia-free coil with bytrailer has a very smooth stroke and good balancing, completely eliminating vibration during operation. Typically, the handles are reinforced with an additional spring, which prevents the possibility of self-resetting. Many models have hollow bodies with a special coating, usually made of titanium nitride.

Some anglers believe that a quick-release coil with a bypasser is very convenient when catching a feeder, as it allows you to distract, drink beer and quietly admire the surrounding nature.
