To get a treat, you need to mix two tablespoons of cocoa with two tablespoons of milk, melt 50 grams of butter, add diluted cocoa and sugar (you can powder the sugar). All this on very slow heat to warm up to the full dissolution of sugar. The glaze turns out to be tender, spreads very well on the surface of the cake, but also cools rapidly in a cool place due to the presence of oil. On the same principle, chocolate chocolate icing is prepared - instead of cocoa add grated chocolate. As a result, from a small tile we can get a pretty decent amount of glaze.

Chocolate glaze with sour cream is also prepared according to the principle described above. All you need is three tablespoons: sour cream, sugar and cocoa. The resulting mass melts on a slow fire - that's all! The advantages of this recipe are that the glaze is not very sweet, with the sourness that sour cream gives it. Very well smeared with a thin layer and slowly freezes. Children like to simply crumble cookies in such a glaze and use it as an independent treat.

First we prepare the sauce: bitter chocolate - 130 grams, as much sour cream or cream, twice as much water, 70 grams of sugar. Melt - we get the workpiece. It must be brought to a boil and wait until the mass thickens. Then in a separate saucepan pour another half a cup of cream, bring to a boil and add 100 grams of bitter chocolate. Remove from heat, in a piece, introduce 4 teaspoons of butter. In the resulting mass we pour chocolate sauce. All! It turns out to be quite stringy, and lovers of delicacies can use it as a sweet pasta - simply by spreading on a bun or biscuit.
