  • One stick of cinnamon;
  • 1 kg of plums (the variety does not matter);
  • 1 tbsp. L. Ginger (grated);
  • A little bit of sea salt;
  • Pepper ground black (optional).

Practical part

  1. Let's start with the processing of fruits. They need to be washed in running water. We extract bones. We separate each sink into two halves. We send it to a deep saucepan.
  2. Apples are washed and peeled. We remove the core. We cut into slices. Add to the plums. There we put the chopped onion and garlic. Pour half a glass of water into a saucepan. We fall asleep all the spices listed above. Add sugar. Solim (1 tsp). We turn on the fire. We wait, when the mass will begin to boil.

  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon;
  • Plums - 1 kg;
  • 1-1.5 tsp. Chile;
  • Cloves - 5 pcs .;
  • For ½ tsp. Turmeric, salt and nutmeg;
  • 1,5-2 tsp. Fennel;
  • 2-3 tbsp. L. Oil (preferably baked).

Preparation

  1. As in past recipes, you need to wash the plum and remove the bones from it. We cut each fruit into halves. Spread into a pan. We pour a glass of water. Pan with the contents put on the stove. Cook the fruit until ready, setting the average fire. This process will take several minutes.
  2. After cooking plums will acquire extraordinary softness. We send them to the blender for further grinding.
