Spring call: terms of conscription in 2015

Since ancient times, all states of the world have tried to have a strong and large army. It is needed to protect its territories and citizens from encroachments from other countries. Russia today has one of the most numerous armies in the world. Annually in our country calls for urgent service are being held, in addition, there are many contract servicemen in the Armed Forces.

Terms of the spring draft of 2015

In Russia there are two calls: autumn and spring. In order for them to take place, the President of the Russian Federation signs a special law. It lists the lines of conscription and the number of conscripts. Autumn appeal 2015 will be held from October 1 to December 31.

The beginning of the spring draft is due on April 1 and will last until July 15. It is planned to call about 150,000 recruits from all regions of the country. As of the current year in the Russian Federation are considered persons of conscript age of men from 18 to 27 years. The term of military service in the Russian army is 1 year. In short, a long spring call is planned. The terms of the appeal are 3.5 months, and the regional leadership is responsible for the timely replenishment of military units with recruits.

Innovations

In 2015, there will be several innovations in the men's acceptance of military service. The spring conscription in the army this year will differ from the previous ones in that men with higher education will have the opportunity to make a choice:

• Serve one year of emergency service;
• Serve two years on a contract basis.

Naturally, some will choose the second option, because the cash allowance is now rather big, the living and food conditions are also at a decent level. But there is one disadvantage: a contractor must serve where he will be sent, and not just to protect the territory of the Russian Federation.

It is equally important that the call for the army in spring (2015) will not affect teachers and doctors. The law applies only to those who, at the time of receiving the subpoena, will work in rural areas and urban-type settlements. All other men of the right age will be affected by the spring call. Terms allow employees of military commissariats to fulfill the plan on time.

Who will the state take to the service

As already mentioned above, the state plans to put 150,000 men aged 18 to 27 under the gun. Young people who have reached the bottom age bar and those who have had a deferment will become the defenders of the Motherland in the spring call. The terms of conscription are quite large, as, indeed, every year. Men will undergo a medical examination, and everyone who has sufficient physical data must undergo an emergency service. The selection procedure is not easy, and it is the responsibility of the military committees that directly select the conscripts to take a huge responsibility. There are times when men have to be brought in by force, because they refuse to go to serve. The police help. Today the youth is patriotic and wants to serve the Motherland. With each new appeal, deviationists are getting smaller. If a person is really sick or needs a respite, release from an urgent active service is guaranteed to him by law.

Right to defer

The beginning of the spring draft entailed questions about who has the right to receive a postponement from service in the Armed Forces of Russia. This issue should be viewed from two sides, because some people have the right to only skip one or more appeals, while others can generally get a release from the army. Let's consider two options that will be in effect at the time when the spring call (2015) starts, the terms of which are long enough:

Postponement is granted:

• Citizens with two or more children;
• Single fathers;
• Fathers who have a disabled child under the age of 3;
• Men who have a wife waiting for a child;
• Men temporarily unsuitable for health reasons;
• Students studying in higher educational institutions in day time faculties;
• Deputies or candidates for such.

Exemption is granted:

• Past the alternative service ;
• Recognized by the medical commission as unfit for service;
• Having a scientific degree;
• Who are under investigation;
• Having a criminal record.

How do deviationists define and what does "they shine"

Many men of draft age began to hide, as soon as the spring appeal began. The terms of the call are long enough, so it is not very easy to hide. For today in Russia the deviator is one who:

• Did not undergo a medical examination;
• Simulates illness;
• Deceives the commission;
• Deliberately does not come to the military enlistment office;
• Brought fake documents to the military registration and enlistment office.

There are enough such citizens in our country: some are afraid to go to serve, others just do not want, and as soon as the spring call of 2015, the terms of which are 3.5 months old, is tapped at the door, these people go to any tricks just to avoid service. Some escape from the country, others hide in villages or distant relatives. The goal for all is to avoid being drafted. But for deviationists there is unpleasant news: they violate the laws of the Russian Federation, and this is a criminal offense (Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Punishment may be in the form of a fine of up to 200,000 rubles. Or imprisonment for up to 2 years. Agree, not a little. As soon as the spring appeal begins (the terms of conscription are large), you will not be able to hide and deceive the state for long, because sooner or later you will be found, and it will only get worse. July 15, until what the spring call will last, it's already summer. Not everyone can sit in prison.

What the soldier gives the army

Many parents, especially the fathers who have gone through the Soviet army, believe that to become a man of character, one must serve in the Armed Forces. The army makes a boy out of a boy, tempers his character, teaches discipline and order. In everyday life, a person with this experience is easier to adapt to any situation and, accordingly, get out of it as a winner. An enormous advantage of the army is the opportunity to learn combat craft, hand-to-hand combat and shooting from various types of modern weapons, to obtain a military specialty that can be useful in a peaceful life. On "citizen" most of this knowledge, in principle, is not needed, but every man should be able to protect his home, family and homeland.

Prospects of contract service

The called soldiers also have the opportunity to remain in the army as a contractor after the end of their service. Salaries are not bad there, there is a prospect of getting a free living space. Many of the men who did not even have an emergency service today want to sign a contract with the military department. This is a good job with a stable salary, in addition, you are dressed and shod. In Russia there is a crisis, the ruble is depreciating, and it is not easy to find a good income.

If we summarize all of the above, then the law is signed by the President, therefore, the spring call should be. It will last as usual for 3.5 months and will affect men aged 18-27. Some can get a legal reprieve, but the deviators are awaiting criminal prosecution. There is only one way out: to serve the term and, with a sense of accomplishment, go to the reserve.
