Morocco is a state that has revealed to the world the use of argan oil. However, a few years ago, the Maghreb beauties uncovered another secret concerning the care of the body and face, a product called beldi. What is it, you ask? Beldy is a soap for the hammam of Moroccan origin, designed to remove toxins and exfoliate the skin.

The product works in three cosmetic directions: scrub, nourish and purify. Interested in? Then we offer a closer look and learn all about beldi: what it is, how to use correctly, how much it costs and what is the result of the application.

Soap for SPA: secrets of home care

In fact, you can please and relax the skin not only in the SPA center, but also in your bathroom. And the first assistant in this case will be Beldy. What is it, was known since antiquity, and according to the traditions of Morocco, it was made from dried leaves of eucalyptus and its essential oil. And as you know, this plant tones up the skin and relieves fatigue.

In many Arab countries, skinning occurs in the hammam when lying on marble stones, and at home it is done in the bathroom. The main thing is the presence of steam and room temperature up to 30-50 ° C.

Under such conditions, a good detoxification is observed, microcirculation of blood in the body is restored, and the cardiovascular system is improving. And problems with cleaning, nutrition and toning of the skin will take on the beldy.

Chemical composition

The product is made from eucalyptus and oil cake, thanks to which it acquires a special flavor. The benefits of the last ingredient have been said a lot, so let's talk about the first component of soap beldi. What is this from a medical point of view?

Essential oil of eucalyptus has an antibacterial and disinfectant effect, but its chemical composition is of interest. Antiseptic properties were transferred to soap from cineole, which is 80% of the total composition. The remaining 20% are various acids that are used in the manufacture of sunscreen products. Now it is clear why soap beldi appeared in hot Morocco.

Features of Beldi

The described soap has a number of undoubted advantages:

  • Suitable for every skin type;
  • It acts as a nutrient and moisturizer, even applicable to super dry skin;
  • Improves the tone of the face;
  • Blocks inflammatory processes, thereby fighting acne;
  • Adjusts the work of the sebaceous glands;

Another distinguishing feature: the antiseptic effect of the soap described.

By this time, fortunately, there has not been a single case associated with the harm caused to Beldi, but in its application there are a number of contraindications. Do not use soap if available:

Let's talk about some grades of Beldi soap.

People, keen on folk recipes of beauty, know that seasonings and spices in the ground state scrub and open on the skin their amazing properties. And this makes any product, as well as Moroccan soap, effective and useful.

Ingredients in the soap "Khanskoye" have fatty oils, starch, resins, chlorophyll, amino acids and soluble organic substances. All components invigorate, disinfect, and also strengthen the vessels and restore the elasticity of the skin. Composition of the indicated soap:

The use of this variety in the hammam has the effect of inhalation, reduces sweating, eliminates flabbiness of the skin. But, despite the listed advantages, soap beldi "Coniferous" can cause irritation, in particular, on dry type skin. Therefore, to prevent undesirable consequences before use, test for an allergic reaction.

"Pink"

This brand can boast of a rejuvenating property and the ability to revitalize tired skin. Therefore, it is used both for the body and for face care. A mixture of essential oils in the product aromatizes, deodorizes and soothes the skin after a long sunbathing procedure. Frequent use of pink clothes helps tanning.

Many detergents negatively affect the state of sensitive skin, but thanks to the petals of roses, this sort of soap gently massages, does not irritate and prepares for applying makeup.

A separate word should be said about the bactericidal properties of the product. A mixture of essential oils makes it possible to use soap in the form of a mask to combat acne, enlarged pores, vascular mesh (couperose) and oily skin.

"Coffee with cinnamon"

The most famous sort of beldi. Reviews of this soap are favorable: if the effect of other varieties is almost the same, then "Coffee with cinnamon" is the best assistant in the fight against cellulite.

Cinnamon essential oil, together with caffeine, breaks down fats, stimulates the metabolism and increases blood circulation. In addition, the coffee particles carefully scrub and conduct deep cleaning of the skin surface.

This sort of beldy pleases with its aroma, which raises the mood, has a stimulating effect and gives vivacity for the whole day. Therefore it is customary to use it in the morning.

"Mud of Lake Saki"

The therapeutic mud, included in its composition along with camphor and essential oil of the laurel, has an anesthetic, disinfectant and tonic effect. Camphor well calms the nervous system and irritated skin. Also in the composition of the soap "Dirt of the Saki Lake" are biologically active components, absorbing scars penetrating into the joints, stimulating microcirculation and also having a whitening effect.

"Saki mud" is often used as an express mask, as it is suitable for all skin types. The soap is applied to the face and held for a quarter of an hour, then with a bast or a brush, soak and leave for 5-10 minutes. This is done so that natural cleansers penetrate deeper into the skin and fight with the inflammatory process.

For a good sleep, relaxation and cleaning the body "Sakkuyu mud" is used in the evening.

Traditional variety

Beldy with eucalyptus is a magical chest with chlorophyll and organically soluble substances. Systemic impact on the skin is caused by a combination of ground leaves of eucalyptus tree and essential oil of the same plant. If the first ingredient plays the role of a scrub, the second acts as an anti-inflammatory component. In addition, eucalyptus oil perfectly copes with the problem skin.

The use of this variety in a sauna or bath has a positive effect on the respiratory tract, removes irritability and fatigue.

The Russian analogue

Domestic producer of beldi - "Spivak" - recommends that owners of normal skin use the product not more than 2 times a week, and girls with dry skin - once every two weeks. The most popular is soap with Indian spices. In addition to coconut and olive oil, it contains ethers (coriander, cloves, ginger and citronella) and spices of curry. The aroma of the product is difficult to describe, but the pronounced odors of seasonings unobtrusively make themselves felt.

At first glance, soap from Spivak company looks like a herbal peeling or scrub with a soft texture, but when in contact with the skin it behaves in a strange way. A thick jelly-like mixture, in contact with water, begins to foam on the body.

Washing with the soap of the face skin of the steamed skin removes black spots, cleans the pores and, as they say, the customers, "launder dirt to the squeak." In this case, the skin does not dry out.

To fix the result, you can apply a nourishing cream.

Also, the soap of beldi "Berry" enjoys a huge demand among customers. The product, like all the others, is in a plastic jar with a volume of 100 ml and is a homogeneous mass with a dark brown hue. If you look closely, you can see small plant particles in the form of leaves and seeds. The smell of the product is reminiscent of jam with a low sugar content, thanks to which you can catch the aroma of each berry.

With increasing storage temperature, the producer explains, golden drops form, and the mixture loses its uniformity. But this does not affect the efficiency, because it is thoroughly mixed before use, it again acquires the original consistency.

The composition of this soap:

  • Dried berries;
  • water;
  • bergamot;
  • Potassium salts;
  • Cubebe oil;
  • lime.

By the way, when using body care for a body, start a separate loofah and preferably not a light color. The fact is that some types of soap (for example, "Coffee") are able to color the material, and small particles of plants are sometimes not washed out.

Probably, many were interested in the question: how much does soap cost? The price of the dressing, depending on the volume of the jar, varies from 150 to 800 rubles.

We make soap with our own hands

For self-preparation of an analog of Moroccan black soap, you will need:

  • 100 g of rubbed baby;
  • 150 ml of strongly brewed green tea;
  • 20 ml of olive oil;
  • 50 g of ground eucalyptus;
  • 0.5 tsp. Dry ginger;
  • 40 drops of eucalyptus oil.

Prepare beldi simple:

  1. Pour the tea with baby soap and reheat it in a water bath. Constantly stirring, wait for its complete dissolution, then remove from heat.
  2. Add the ginger with the crushed eucalyptus.
  3. After cooling the mixture, add the essential oil of eucalyptus and mix thoroughly.
  4. The mixture is poured into a jar, tightly closed and put in a dark place for 10-12 days.

When the self-made beldi ripens, it will acquire a darker shade.

You can use soap in the sauna, sauna and even in the bathroom. First you need to steam your body properly. Then take a little soap and, just foaming, put on the skin. Wait a couple of minutes, take a wet washcloth and carry out massage movements throughout the body. After this, leave the product for a few more minutes and rinse.

Summarizing all of the above, I want to note that the Russian analogue of Beldi soap is no worse than the original Moroccan, and be sure that by trying the product once, you will forever give it a leading place in the daily natural skin care for the body and face.
