Beef recipe in the oven: simple and hearty dinner for any occasion
Unlike the same chicken or pork, beef requires a longer treatment, because in itself is more stringent. However, after pre-marinating the meat, you can significantly speed up the process of its preparation, and in the end it will turn out to be an order of magnitude more tasty and appetizing.
Classic Recipe
So, let's look at the first and simplest recipe for beef in the oven. What ingredients do you need to prepare?
- Beef (0.8 kg);
- bulb;
- 1 table. A spoonful of olive oil;
- A teaspoon of ground sweet paprika;
- Soy sauce (3 tablespoons);
- A pinch of black ground pepper.
Meat rinsed with water, then cut into strips along the fibers and slightly beaten with a hammer. Bulb, in turn, clean and cut into half rings. We shift the onions and beef into a deep bowl, there also pour a little oil, soy sauce and season with spices. Next, the recipe for beef in the oven requires you to mix all the ingredients and leave to marinate at room temperature. This process should take about 1 hour. After that, it remains only to put the products in the culinary sleeve and put everything in the oven, heated to 200 C, for 45-60 minutes. (Until readiness).

Baked beef with potatoes
There is another interesting recipe for beef in the oven. In this case, we, in addition to the above ingredients, will also need potatoes. While meat is marinated, it should be cleaned and rubbed on a coarse grater. Putting the ingredients on a baking tray, we put the potatoes over the beef. Next, you need to generously lubricate all this with mayonnaise. If desired, you can rub the melted and hard cheese and sprinkle potatoes with meat. Oven should be heated up to 180 C, and the time required for baking the whole dish is about 35-45 minutes.
Beef shish kebab in the oven
Let's consider one more non-standard recipe of tasty beef in the oven. This time we will cook shish kebab. Of course, at the stake it would have turned out to be even more juicy and appetizing, but even with available tools, you can prepare a real masterpiece. The main thing is your desire!
So, we need such ingredients:
- Fillet of beef or tenderloin (0,5 kg);
- ½ tea. Spoons of coriander;
- 1 teaspoonful. A spoon of dried basil;
- Mineral. Sparkling water;
- Red hot and black pepper, salt (to taste);
- Onion (0.5 kg).
To not burn onions while preparing shish kebabs, we separate meat from it and string it on skewers (4-6 pieces per one). In the oven, the meat should be kept to the desired degree of roasting, but it is important not to overdo it, so it does not dry out. If desired, the onion can be added in the last minutes of cooking - then it will also be slightly baked and add flavor to the beef. Serve kebab with vegetables and herbs.
