Antioxidants in foods

Antioxidants in the foods we consume prevent the oxidation of our body, which in turn is very dangerous, as it causes cancer and many other deadly diseases.

These useful substances play an important role in regulating the processes of oxidation of nucleic acids and lipids, the formation of free radicals, which are responsible for the full functioning of cells, cleansing the body of harmful bacteria and metabolism. But if the body has few antioxidants, free radicals begin to attack their own organism. This process is called "oxidation". Therefore, it is important to replenish the stock of antioxidants by eating rich foods.

Products containing antioxidants can be counted on the fingers. There are very few of them. It is proved that their high content is in freshly squeezed juices and berries. The most powerful such substances are found in pomegranate, grape and citrus juice, in the juice of winter varieties of apples and black cherry. Antioxidants in the products of our diet are extremely important for every person, as the body is daily exposed to the poisoned ecology. Start each morning with a cup of green or black tea. It is extremely rich in sugars, alkaloids, tannins, vitamins and essential oils. Do not forget about tea with weakened condition and poisoning, it will quickly correct your health and help to get stronger. To make this drink profitable and not just tinted with water, it is necessary to properly brew tea, so that flavonoids do not break down. For this, when brewing, avoid steep boiling water and let's brew tea for at least five minutes. After that, you can use it. A little while standing, tea will lose its useful qualities.

If you care about your body, then do not poison it with harmful food. Try to eat right, saturating cells with nutrients and vitamins. As you can see, the antioxidants in the products are contained, but not so many. Therefore, from time to time, indulge yourself, and consequently, your body, a glass of freshly squeezed juice, make salads from fresh vegetables, use medicinal herbs. Well, of course, in the morning, drink black or green tea, and not a cup of coffee. All this is not so difficult, but very useful for an organism that is constantly depleted by ecology and stress. Give yourself health for many years of life.
