Zinovieva Olga Mironovna: the fate of the wife of the great thinker

Zinovieva Olga Mironovna is a well-known Russian public figure, philosopher, patron and philanthropist. Today her name is inseparably linked with the spiritual heritage of Alexander Alexandrovich Zinoviev. It's amazing, but despite all life's difficulties, she still tirelessly brings to the broad masses the ideas of her husband.

However, what do we know about Olga Zinovieva herself? What was her contribution to the intellectual and spiritual heritage of her husband? What life dramas did they have to experience together? And what is she doing today?

Olga Mironovna Zinovieva: biography of early years

Its history dates back to May 1945. It would seem that until recently the biggest holiday was Victory Day, but not even 10 days later, as the Sorokin family had an even happier event. They had a little daughter - Olga. It should be noted that in addition to the newborn baby, the family has already raised four children: three girls and one boy.

The work of the father forced the Sorokins to move often from one city to another. Therefore, as a child, the girl had to change several schools. But even so, Olga was able to get a good education and after reaching the age of 18 she entered the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Here she studied shorthand and typing, and also mastered an advanced course of English.

Marriage with Alexander Zinoviev

In 1965 Olga, then Sorokina, got a job as a senior research fellow at the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. It was here that the fateful meeting of a young girl with her future husband, Alexander Zinoviev, took place. History is silent about the details of their novel, however, according to Olga, she first noticed a charismatic thinker.

This acquaintance has not passed without a trace. Fascinated by a mysterious science, Olga Mironovna entered the Moscow State University in 1967. Lomonosov at the Faculty of Philosophy. It is rumored that her thesis "Human problems: from Pascal to Rousseau" caused a lot of positive feedback from its scientific leaders.

June 26, 1969 a young couple decided to legalize their relationship and signed in one of the local registry offices. Two years later Olga Zinoviev gave birth to a daughter who was named Polina.

A few words about Alexander Zinoviev

With her husband, Olga was very lucky. He was truly a great man, whose works even today are considered relevant. By and large, he is known as the creator of the theory of social logic. Its essence was that man is guided not only by natural instincts, but also by his social position.

In addition, Alexander Zinoviev was the author of several books that severely criticized the Communist Party and the orders that it established. Naturally, in those years such behavior was considered unacceptable. Therefore, in 1978 the Soviet government placed a hard ultimatum on the scientist: the prison or the life of an immigrant. The family of Zinoviev chose the latter option and left the Soviet Union.

Arrival in Germany

Having landed in Germany, Zinoviev Olga together with her husband learned the sad news. The Communist government deprived them of their citizenship of the USSR, all awards and posts - branded traitors to the Motherland without the right to appeal. Such a shock led to the fact that in the future the Zinovievs will become the most ardent defenders of the rights of emigrants from the USSR.

Upon arrival, a new home for Olga and Alexander became Munich. Pleases that here they were received hospitably. Moreover, less than a week later, the head of the family was invited to lecture at the University of Munich. And thanks to this, the young family got the hope for a new future abroad.

All this time, Zinoviev Olga fully supported her husband. She was his love, inspiration and support. Subsequently, the great thinker repeatedly recalled that only thanks to his wife, he stood all the hardships that fell to his lot.

The path to recognition

In order to improve the financial situation of the family, Olga Zinovieva begins to work part-time. The first serious position was the position of the teacher of the Russian language, which she settled in 1980. However, the real career success turned out to be employment on Radio Liberty in 1989. Here Olga Mironovna worked until 1995 - it was during this period that the Munich branch of the radio station was closed down.

The next pleasant news was the restoration of citizenship of the entire Zinoviev family in 1990. And, nevertheless, Olga and Alexander did not hurry to return home. The reason for this was the birth of the youngest daughter of Xenia. Parents wanted the girl to grow up in a more relaxed atmosphere. And only June 30, 1999 the family of Zinovievs flew back to Russia.

Today Zinovieva Olga Mironovna is one of the most outstanding women in Russia. Thanks to her influence, she was able to change the world for the better. For example, in 2002, Olga Mironovna took an active part in the development of a global project to improve Internet networks within the Russian Federation.

In addition, she invests a lot of efforts in the development of culture and science in the country. At the same time, Olga Zinovieva does not forget to carry the legacy of her husband to the broad masses. So, today she is the founder of the international scientific and educational center. A. A. Zinoviev. And although, unfortunately, her husband is no longer with us, his ideals are still alive.
