But if everyone knows the success story, only a few know how difficult it was to build such a huge company. Many even believe that this man was a military man before coming into business. However, the close environment claims the opposite. Little can be told about how it all began and how Igor Yakovlev and his brother Oleg were able to build such a successful business.

It is well known, for example, that the construction of the company began in reality from the full zero and without any support from any of the FIGs. One of the decisive factors for success was that this person understood how to minimize the cost of delivering goods from Domodedovo to Moscow, as well as to other cities and towns. The thing is that in the early 1990s, when Yakovlev Igor started to build his business, it was a common practice to charge at every customs post from every passing wagon.

Some say that after the cost calculations were made that go to the normal delivery of cargo, it was decided to hire a convoy, and the same company that worked in the posts. It is important that it was much cheaper to hire such an escort than to independently overcome all the posts. And this, of course, entailed the fact that the goods began to sell at a higher profit rate than those of competitors who did not know how to do it.

However, it will be fair to say that this move was not dictated by the fact that Yakovlev Igor was a management genius or someone like that.
