World political processes and their significance in the modern world

The political process occupies one of the central places in modern legal science, as it is an indicator of various events taking place in the world. Many scientists identify him with politics as a whole. However, this is not entirely true, since the specificity of the political process is the result of the functioning of the political system, as well as in the dynamics of the struggle and rivalry between the various groups for their position and status.

Due to different approaches to understanding the meaning of this term, political processes have their own constituent elements, concepts, states and sources, which should be carefully considered. Any political process is, first of all, a socially significant event, which is covered by the mass media with a long discussion of all the positive and negative aspects of this or that issue. Showing the real interaction of actors and players, political processes clearly show the impact of individuals with certain power powers among themselves, as well as their impact on society, the economy, culture and other spheres of human society.

It is noteworthy that the political process reveals both superficial and deep changes of a certain political system, characterizing its transition from one state to another. On the importance and impact on public relations, all processes in the field of political relations are divided into peripheral and basic. If the first disclose the dynamics and the formation of individual associations, groups, parties and movements, the latter characterize the different ways of including broad social strata in the making of managerial decisions, as a result of which the political elite is formed .

Thus, modern political processes are a combination of the effects of various actors of political activity on the implementation of specific functions and dysfunctions in the sphere of power structures. It is important to understand that each of these processes has its own internal rhythm, which is characterized by a peculiar cyclicity and repeatability of the main stages. Political processes differ precisely in such features, due to their wide variety, among which one can also highlight the electoral process.

In general, one of the most striking political processes is elections, which take place every 4 years, when the population of our country chooses deputies to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. During this period, a large-scale campaign begins with the involvement of the media and the propaganda of certain parties, blocs, and individual political leaders. Political processes at this time are becoming more relevant, as influential politicians tend to attract the attention of the electorate in every possible way. However, on the day of elections, this process does not stop, but simply turns into another form, so the whole period of existence and conduct of political activities of our elected representatives can be identified in the following phases:

  1. Nomination of candidates for executive and legislative bodies.
  2. Active electoral campaign and discussion of their candidates
  3. Election of potential candidates
  4. Control over their activities

Speaking of our power, the political processes in modern Russia have significant differences, because we are still in the transitional stage of our economic development, gradually step by step approaching the developed capitalist system. That is why it is so important today to monitor changes in political processes, since in this case it is possible to predict in advance certain events that may occur in our country.
