We offer you several recipes for roasting chicken meat. Or rather - getting mouth-watering and ruddy wings. This part of the carcass differs in the speed of preparation, and in the baked form it is a real delicacy for gourmets who like to "crackle". In the same way, you can make wings in the oven by spreading them on a baking sheet or grill, under which a tray for draining the juice is put, or simply fry in a pan, and then put it out in a saucepan. Only 30-40 minutes - and an appetizing dish with a golden crust is ready! Pay special attention to the recipes with honey. Thanks to him, the dish takes on a special shine and piquancy.

Wings in honey sauce with mustard

To make the marinade, mix two teaspoons of the prepared mustard, three teaspoons of honey, one teaspoon of salt, a teaspoonful of ground black or red pepper and two cloves of garlic, ground with a knife. Chicken wings (8-9 pieces), washed and wiped with paper towels, placed in sauce and smeared. After an hour of pickling you can bake. Thanks to a combination of bitter and sweet flavors, ready-made wings in honey sauce and mustard acquire an exquisite taste. Very often this recipe is used when frying on a barbecue.

Preparation in tomato sauce with honey

The proposed recipe is good not only for baking, but also for extinguishing. These sweet and sour wings in honey sauce with the addition of tomato are especially successfully combined with delicious gravy with garnishes such as pasta and any porridge. At first, a marinade is prepared, as usual, for a bird, in which it will be further stewed. Mix two tablespoons of honey with one hundred grams of tomato paste, two tablespoons of olive oil, a mixture of olive oil (1 tbsp.) And salt (1 teaspoon). In the resulting marinade, place 1 kg of chicken wings and leave at room temperature for one hour. After that, they can be baked in the oven or on the grill for 30 minutes. When cooking in a frying pan use 2 table. Tablespoons of vegetable oil, while the frying process must pass quickly to browning for 5-7 minutes on each side. Then add the remaining marinade and a little water to the pan with the wings laid out. It takes 15 minutes to extinguish.

"Classic" wings of barbecue

This simplest recipe is based on using the most common ingredients for marinating - ketchup and mayonnaise. Take them for two tablespoons, mix with salt (1 teaspoon), sugar (1 teaspoon) and lemon juice (1 tablespoon). If desired, season with any spices. Pour the mixture prepared chicken wings (15 pcs.), Put in the refrigerator for a half to two hours. Fry, spread out on the grill, not forgetting to turn over. Choose any recipe you like!
