Why do we need a daily routine in the camps?

Often, in order to spend as much time as possible the child at the sea, we send him to a children's health camp. Enumerate the advantages of such a holiday can be long: here and communication with peers, and clean air, and healthy food, but most importantly - the regime. It is he who accustoms from a young age to the fact that his time should be painted on the clock and do not lose a minute. However, the daily routine in the camps differs significantly from the regime in which the child lives at home. Therefore, in order not to have any problems, let's try to understand all the nuances and consider what measures should be taken.

The daily routine in the children's camp, as a rule, starts at 8 or 9 am. Time depends on the "age" of the children's summer institution, as well as on the geographical location. In those camps that were still in Soviet times and still bear the title of "pioneer", most children are raised at 8 o'clock. In institutions that were founded in the 90s of the past and in the new century, they rise somewhat later. After that, the daily routine in the camps involves charging. Again, in some it is neglected, in others it is considered necessary. Therefore, we recommend to find out this aspect in advance and determine what is more important for your child.

After rehabilitation procedures, children go to their rooms, fill their beds and clean themselves up. An hour after the rise, all units go to breakfast, after which the children have free time before lunch. As you can see, the daily routine in the camps provides that the child gets up early, and by 11 o'clock in the morning he already has time to do many things, after which he can walk. According to psychologists, this contributes to the development of self-discipline, even if there are no duties.

One of the main motives for children to go on holiday on their own is the sea and the warm southern sun. Often parents forget about what the daily routine in camps can be, which leads to some misunderstandings. For example, a child is used to the fact that in the summer he gets up usually later than usual, plays on the computer or goes to any time convenient for him to walk with friends. And in order that it does not become a surprise for a clear timetable and order, it should be prepared in advance. Some words and warnings about this will not be enough. Try to "display" the daily routine in the camps at home. Raise your child from bed at 9 am, make you do this or that thing only at the time indicated in the schedule.

Often it happens that the child can not be sent to the sea. In such cases, the child goes to school, where various activities are held during the day. The daily routine in the school camp is no different from the regime that is adopted in health-improving children's complexes. There the child can always play with his classmates, have fun, and most importantly - once again join the discipline. After all, for the further education of all the best personal qualities, one must be able to gather, force oneself to act and not focus on unnecessary things.
