How should the fight against aphids be carried out with folk remedies?
To put it mildly, it is very unpleasant to see aphids on their home or garden plants, because of it they weaken, their resistance to various diseases decreases. In addition, aphids can even be a carrier of a number of viral diseases. Most often this insect likes to be located on the inside of the leaves, shoots and buds. Damaged leaves usually turn yellow and twist, and buds fall off or give deformed flowers. The danger lies in the fact that because of aphids, a sticky coating appears on the leaves, which can be an ideal place for fungus development.
If you did not manage to prevent the disaster, and one day you discovered an aphid invasion of your flowers - then for sure you are interested in the fact that in your apartment or at the site the fight against aphids was carried out with folk remedies, without using strong chemical preparations. So, for indoor flowers, the following method is suitable: if there are not too many insects, collect them with your hands and treat the damaged plant with pre-cooked water, into which garlic was squeezed out (there are 4 medium teeth per liter of water).
But this is not the only way that can be used to combat malaise with folk remedies. No less effective is the use of decoction of celandine or tincture of crusts from citrus plants.
In order to prevent the negative effect of this pest on garden plants, you can prepare and the following infusion: 1 kg of well crushed potato tops, pour 10 liters of water and insist for at least 5 hours. A filtered liquid must be sprayed on all damaged cultures.
A lot of efforts are brought to the owners of gardens and vegetable gardens and other pests, such as, for example, a bear and bedbugs. Many people are interested in fighting the bear with folk remedies, not less than with aphids. Of course, getting rid of this insect will be harder, but it's worth trying to get it out without chemicals. So, in each found move of the bear, pour soapy water: this will force it to escape to the surface of the earth, where you can already kill it. And in order to reduce the risk of damage to plants, they are best planted in plastic bottles: this way will not allow the pest to reach the roots.
