A similar action, but committed by officials, i.e. Representatives of the authorities, are punished with a term of three to five years in prison. This punishment is confirmed by the 110th article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In Russia, for the propaganda of separatism, punishment presumes a prison term of three to twenty years, all depends on the severity of the deed.
