Are edible mushrooms dangerous?

Types of poisonous mushrooms

Experienced mushroom pickers can identify them from afar. All the poisonous fungi are divided into three types:

• Causing food poisoning. These include, a spider web, a whitish govorushka, a Mayan peasant, a fiber, a mizena, a galley, some kinds of russules, a false raincoat, a curly collibia, an oily one. When poisoning these fungi, the first signs can be found after an hour, and full recovery occurs only on the third or fourth day.

• Disruptive work of the central nervous system. It is a panther fly agaric, a fly-agaric red, some rowers. Symptoms occur within two hours after ingestion. The timely medical assistance leads to complete recovery.

• Deadly dangerous. This group includes a pale toadstool, a gray-yellow chill, a fly agaric, a fly agaric spring. These are the most dangerous fungi in our forests. The poison contained in them falls into the kidneys and liver of a person. Toxic effect, leading to irreversible effects, manifests itself only after two days.

Prevention of fungal poisoning

• Take only young, beautiful mushrooms, not eaten by worms.

• Collect them in ecologically clean forests.

White plates are located on the underside. On the leg there is a ring, its length is up to 10 cm, the thickness is about 1 cm. It grows in mixed forests. These dangerous mushrooms are sometimes confused with russula, champignons. Take in any case impossible! If you use pale toadstool for food, salvation is almost impossible.

Even with tactile action, the poison has a toxic effect on the skin. Do not touch the eyes and mucous membranes, if your hands touch this fungus. The toxin contained in it is absolutely insoluble in water, does not vanish neither during boiling, nor during drying. The first signs of poisoning caused by these dangerous fungi are: cold sweat, severe abdominal pain, coldness of hands and feet, headaches. If they are detected, you should immediately call a doctor.

Amanita

They come in several forms. The color of the cap may be red, gray-green, gray, white, yellow, yellow-brown, brown. In its young form it is hemispherical, sometimes with a pointed apex. In adulthood - flat. On the thickened bottom of the foot there must be a ring. Even a small portion eaten can be fatal for a person. Signs of poisoning are the same as those of a pale toadstool. These are very dangerous mushrooms, whose photos admire their amazing beauty.

Help with poisoning

If it happened that the fungal toxin got into the body, you need to take urgent measures and immediately seek help from a doctor. Before he comes, several times he needs to take activated charcoal and drink a lot of fluids, and there will also be a superfluous use of laxatives and emetics.
