What kind of work suits me? The correct answer lies in the independent and responsibly accepted decision

If you believe statistics, the Americans in their entire working life have time to change 5 - 9 organizations. In the minds of our compatriots, a stable stereotype about the need to hold on to their workplace with all the forces was fixed. An employee with several entries in the work book causes suspicion among the personnel officers. We ourselves in the bulk believe in the magical power of corporate solidarity and strictly follow the rules and traditions that have settled on a specific workplace.

Obviously, each of the above approaches has its own share of rationalism, but increasingly we are faced with an American approach to employment. And the reason is not the initiative of the worker, but the hard realities of the domestic labor market, when the articles of dismissal are increasingly encountered "by reduction" or "in connection with the reorganization."

You can say that a person is happy if the job fully meets his needs, and whether to stand and suffer when labor in a particular place does not bring the slightest satisfaction. But Russians rarely leave without good reason, for the sake of satisfying their ambitions.

The fact that you need to seek work for your soul, there is no doubt. But how not to be mistaken, answering the question "what kind of work suits me"?

First of all, it is necessary to understand what the future work should be for you, because people relate differently to the choice of profession and workplace. Some are looking for a way to make money, others are attracted to the prospect of career growth and getting an opportunity to gain social status, while others are looking for opportunities to realize their creative or managerial ambitions in their work.

It is not only the destiny of young people to ask the problem, which profession is suitable, at the current stage of society's development. Even having a certain experience and work experience, many are forced to change not only the workplace, but also the profession. And it's quite unfortunate that after a few years of studying at a university, having spent time, energy and money to get a coveted diploma, a young specialist not only does not start working in the specialty, but in the future, it does not return to it.

To determine which work suits me, a person follows the path of least resistance and goes for advice, removing all responsibility for making a decision. Whether it's relatives, or teachers or acquaintances who want to give advice will be a lot. Even the test results, the abundance of which can be found on the web or in various print media, is a way of avoiding responsibility.

You can get one thousand and one advice how to define the profession of your life, and as a result, then try yourself in a variety of roles before you meet the most acceptable option.

In order to get the best chance for a successful choice, we determine the search strategy in advance and follow all the points unswervingly. Often, it is this method of solving problems that gives positive results when solving various problems:

- Determining what kind of work suits me, I immediately take the responsibility of choice for myself;

- I regard advice and testing as an auxiliary material, I take everything critically;

- Evaluating each type of work, I collect the most information about it, the more details and nuances I find out, the more correct my choice will be;

- I compare my strengths and demands that each specific profession presents to a person;

- I am looking for an opportunity to get to know the working conditions more closely, if possible, try to apply them as much as possible to myself;

- I make a firm decision to cope with all obstacles on the way to the cherished goal.

No matter how many specialists did not assist you in choosing a future profession, the choice of choice is influenced by a multitude of both objective and subjective factors. No one can give a 100 per cent correct answer to the most frequently asked question by young people - "what work suits me". Only personal desire and desire to become a real expert in their field will help to achieve the expected results.
