To date, consumers have a huge selection of products in a wide variety of areas. Repair and design of your own home is no exception. A huge demand among the finishing materials for the walls recently used wallpaper for painting. This can be explained by the fact that the appearance of such a material can be easily changed, without wasting time on re-gluing. Of course, once such a choice can seem not justified financially, because you have to buy in addition to the wallpaper itself, and paint, but if you look more closely, it becomes clear that you can repaint the wallpaper for painting repeatedly, each time saving on purchasing new rolls.

This category of finishing materials is divided into three groups. The first, on a paper basis, will be suitable for even walls, even if their surface is not ideal. Most often, such wallpaper for painting consist of two layers, impregnated with a special composition, capable of repelling moisture. The second group is manufactured on the basis of non-woven fabric and can perfectly mask any irregularities and cracks, and also increases the strength of the wall surface. The third group - glass pavements - are distinguished by such qualities as high wear resistance and strength and due to this are often used in hotel complexes and offices.

Before you glue the wallpaper for painting, you should prepare the walls, very carefully and gently removing the previous coating. After that, as a rule, the surface is treated with plaster, and then a primer coat is applied. Further, the canvas is cut into strips, according to the previously measured height of the working wall, while adding 10 cm for the stock to the result obtained. The next stage is the preparation of the glue, which corresponds to the selected material type. To achieve a good result, glue must be diluted, strictly following the instructions.

As a rule, any wallpaper is glued from the window. Due to the fact that the wallpaper for painting has a fairly dense structure, they are best pasted on butt. The technology of applying glue is slightly different depending on the basis of the web. Paper wallpaper should be smeared with glue and folded in the form of an accordion so that they are well impregnated. Stick them on the wall should be very neat, gradually smoothing the strip. After that, remove the remaining edges. Non-woven fleece and fiberglass do not need to be impregnated with glue, it is applied directly to the walls. After that, dry strips are applied to the treated surface, smoothing them and removing air bubbles. Excess glue can be removed with a damp cloth or sponge.

Before you paint the wallpaper for painting, you should let them dry thoroughly. To do this, it is best to leave them for a day or two, and then continue working. Choosing the paint you need to know that for paper and non-woven fabrics it is best to use water-emulsion paint, and for glass-wall-painting it is necessary to have acrylic or latex, which is the most environmentally friendly. If the surface has already been painted once, then remove the old coating and dirt with a stiff brush, and in places where the canvas leaves the wall, glue it with glue, and then treat the cracks and irregularities with putty. The main tools in the future work will be a foam roller. Brush is recommended only in places where there are difficulties with the roller. The paint should be applied as evenly as possible, and if an air bubble forms under the wallpaper, it should be cut very carefully, pasted and smoothed, then repainted with a coat of paint.

The choice of colors for such finishing materials depends entirely on the desire of the consumer. Manufacturers strive to create the most convenient conditions for their customers, so they produce white linen or a slightly grayish shade, thus allowing them to work with any color without distorting it. Steklooboi, however, can give different results when painting. This is due to their relief structure, which when applied to the first layer of the pigment leaves some areas light, creating unique patterns.
