Plow adjustment

The first thing to do before starting to regulate the plow is to determine the depth of penetration of the plowshares into the soil. Depth depends on the type of crop, climatic, soil-forming and other conditions. After this, it is necessary to place the tractor together with the fixed device on a level platform.

Then lift the wheels of the tractor and the arable device (if it is not mounted) to a height that is 1-2 cm larger than the required depth of penetration. Using adjusting screws, make sure that all the couplers touch the ground.

Adjustment of horizontal movement

Adjustment of the plow in the horizontal plane begins with lifting the already adjusted arable device to a height that is greater than the depth of penetration by 5-6 cm. By tightening or loosening the screws of the fastening chains, make sure that the deflection of the plow from the axis of the tractor does not exceed 12-15 cm during the movement.

Finish the adjustment only in arable field. After processing one or two strips of the section, check the work of the plow. Determine the correct adjustment is possible and in the direction of the central traction - it should be parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tractor.
