Tubular mushrooms

Among the edible fungi, the mushrooms are divided into tubular and lamellar. Especially collected and popular are mushrooms tubular. What are they remarkable about, and which mushrooms are tubular?

You can find tubular mushrooms by their bonnets. Their lower part resembles a sponge, which consists of numerous tubules. In these ducts matures spores, with which they multiply. The most famous tubular mushrooms are the white fungus, the boletus, the podberezovik, the oak. Poisoning and dangerous fungi in this group there, except for the satanic fungus, in the form of a white. However, cases of poisoning are still unknown to him.

Tubular mushrooms, in turn, are divided into white, these are mushrooms, and black mushrooms are all the other tubular mushrooms. All the "black" tubular mushrooms on drying darken, only the boletus remains white, for which he was called the "white fungus".

Most tubular mushrooms have nutritious and useful properties. They contain protein, vitamins and trace elements. In many respects, the most valuable of them come close to nutritional value for meat, and by the number of vitamins they contain, they often outrun vegetables and fruits, play a huge role in strengthening immunity. Edible tubular mushrooms are excellent for frying, soup and pickling. Old tubular mushrooms are less valuable for the availability of nutrients, while cooking they can acquire a gelatinous consistency.

In lamellar fungi, the sporiferous layer is also located at the bottom of the cap, but it looks like a plate, not a tube. Among the plate-shaped fungi there are inedible, as well as mushrooms containing milky juice. An example of plate-shaped fungi can serve as well-known to all foxes, honey agarics, mushrooms, champignons.

The most popular tubular mushrooms

Porcini
White mushroom also has the name of a boletus. It is one of the most valuable mushrooms. It grows throughout the territory of Russia in the period from June to October, most often in groups, sometimes it happens that 10-20 pieces together. The shape of the cap in young mushrooms is hemispherical, and with age it flattenes. The diameter of the cap can reach 25 cm. The color of the cap can vary from white to dark brown, depending on the type of forest in which they grow. In the deciduous forests they have bright heads, in pine forests they are dark brown.

Dubovik
Dubovik - the second most valuable after the boletus. Oakmen have large hats (up to 20 cm in diameter), the shape of the cap is hemispherical. The color may be yellow-brown or gray-brown. The leg is thick, 5-12 cm high. More often the fungus can be found in deciduous and mixed forests, near to the lindens and oaks. Stably, they appear in late August to late September. At the break, their flesh turns blue.

Podisinovik
Osinovik (boletus, red mushroom) grows in coniferous and deciduous forests, even in tundra, more often in groups. Podosinoviki do not necessarily grow under aspens, they can be found under many other trees. The hat can reach 30 cm in diameter, the color - red, white, orange. The length of the leg is up to 20 cm. The color of the leg is white with oblong scales. When notched, the flesh acquires a purple-black color. If you cook from them soup - broth gets a darker shade.

Underpant
It occurs in birch and mixed forests. A young birch bark is too reminiscent of a boletus, except that the black scales on the leg give out differences. With age, the difference becomes more noticeable. When collecting mushrooms from the podberezovikov, the leg is cut no more than 3 cm from the cap.

Moss
Mosquitoes grow from June to October almost throughout the entire territory of our country. The hat of the young fungus is convex, then becomes cushion-shaped, 12 cm in diameter. The color of the hat is yellow-olive. The length of the leg can reach up to 8 cm. The pulp is not strong, light color.

Oily
Oats often grow in groups, in pine forests, in glades and near trails. The diameter of the cap reaches 10 cm, the shape is convex, the color is brownish-brown, gray-yellow or yellow. The length of the leg is up to 8 cm, while the upper part of the leg is studded with small warts. In young fungi, the connection of the cap to the leg is covered with a white film, which then breaks, forming a ring.
