Traditional hummus recipe and thick lavash

In the kitchen of each country there are a lot of different and very delicious recipes. To date, thanks to the Internet, you can learn a lot of traditional and unusual dishes and, most importantly, try to cook them at home. Humus
Interesting dish with no less interesting name. Humus recipe assumes the presence of a number of ingredients, among which the main place is occupied by beans. It is great for snacks, and due to the fact that it belongs to the category of lenten food, it can be cooked in fasting. Among the most unusual ingredients you will need 1.5 cups of chickpeas, cayenne pepper and sesame paste. The rest of the ingredients are in the house of any hostess - garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and olive oil.

Chickpeas need to be thoroughly washed, dried and cleaned before cooking hummus. The recipe further involves the laying of chickpeas in the dishes. It is poured with cold water and brought to a boil and held for 15 minutes, after which the water is removed and drained. Chickpeas are cleaned, poured with water again and poured a half teaspoon of salt. Then continue to cook until softened, that is, 1,5 -2 hours. It's okay if you can not calculate the required amount of water, it can be added during the cooking process.

While chickpeas cooked hummus recipe requires preparation of pouring. For it, garlic (2-3 cloves) is passed through a press or rubbed on a fine grater, and then transferred to a combine, which also adds sesame paste (almost a full glass) and half a glass of freshly squeezed lemon juice. All this is mixed until a white, homogeneous mass is obtained. It is not necessary to use a combine, it can be replaced with a blender. To the resulting mixture, add half a cup of water and mix again.

When the chickpea cooks, continue cooking hummus. The recipe requires the separation of water and chickpeas, while preserving both components. Chickpeas are added to the dishes with garlic mixture and mixed again. Consistency is made to taste, you can dilute with the help of the remaining water from the cooked chickpeas. Pita
Another traditional dish, which is found in the kitchens of different countries. On the shelves of shops there is thin and lavash thick. The recipe for cooking the latter is very simple, although in fact it is not lavash, but a traditional Uzbek flat cake. All products are usually in any home: salt and sugar, yeast, flour and butter.

Prepare the usual unleavened dough: mix the salt with sugar and a teaspoon of yeast. The mixture is poured into a glass of warm water and mixed again. Adding flour, bring the dough to a density and leave to rise for 1.5-2 hours.

The resulting dough is spread on the bottom of the pan, pre-coated with food foil. Next, hands form a cake, remembering to make a few holes on its surface. Top cake oiled with oil, sprinkled with sesame seeds and stand for another half hour, and then sent to a heated to 190 C oven, closing the frying pan with a lid. A ruddy crust is a sign that pita bread is a fat recipe ready.
