Throat in throat

Chypes in the throat are additional respiratory sounds caused by narrowing of the airways or the presence of any pathological contents in them. The occurrence of wheezing is observed in cases when, for some reason, the passage of air directly into the airways becomes practically impossible.

Quite often, people who have never suffered from respiratory illnesses may experience so-called recurrent wheezing in the throat. Their causes may be different. For example, they may cause a general narrowing of the airways. This is most often observed in various viral diseases, as well as in lung diseases (usually chronic) and in bronchial asthma.

In addition, wheezing can also be caused by local narrowing of the same airways. Often this happens with tumors or when you get directly into the respiratory tract of some foreign body. Therefore, the first step is to determine the cause of their occurrence.

Chrohes in the throat should not be ignored in any way. And in case of their occurrence it is necessary to address to the skilled or experienced doctor who will spend inspection by means of a stethoscope. This is required in order to determine the degree of narrowing of the respiratory tract. In addition, it allows you to correctly assign a course of treatment.

Sometimes, if such wheezing is detected, a lung function test is required . As a rule, wheezing in the throat of a child can not be caused by a flu or other viral disease. Therefore, the survey should be carried out especially carefully to identify the true cause of their occurrence.

In medicine, it is customary to distinguish between dry and wet wheezing. The first is always evidence of a narrowing of the lumen of the bronchi, which can be caused by the deformation of their walls in the case of pneumosclerosis. And also dry wheezes may indicate that the walls of the bronchi are compressed by a tumor, but this is quite rare.

More often wheezing in the throat can be caused by swelling of the mucous membrane as a result of an inflammatory process or an allergic reaction. Also, dry rales say that there are some lumps or threads of viscous sputum in the lumen of the bronchi. And with bronchitis or bronchial asthma, bronchospasm is often observed.

Usually such wheezing is audible on exhalation, but very rarely they can be heard and in the phase of inspiration. They differ in musical timbre, have buzzing, buzzing (presence of sputum) and wheezing (bronchospasm, narrowing of small bronchi) sound. According to the doctors, the nature of such wheezing changes significantly after a cough.

Listening to wheezing is necessary in order to not only correctly diagnose a particular ailment, but also correctly evaluate the effect of the used expectorant and bronchodilator funds.

In turn, wet rales are the result of foaming by air stream when inhaled directly in the respiratory tract fluid. It can be exudate, transudate, blood and others. These fluids can be not only in the airways themselves, but also in the pathological cavities of both lungs.

A hoarseness in the throat can indicate bronchiolitis, as well as pneumonia, lung congestion or a heart attack. To properly determine the disease, you should listen carefully to the characteristic sounds of wheezing. Best, as a rule, they are bugged on inhalation. And depending on how much fluid is contained, what caliber of bronchi or the volume of cavities, distinguish between small-, medium- and large-bubbling rales.

Thus, finely bubbling rales are similar to the emission noise from carbonated water in a glass of gas bubbles. Medium, like large bubbles, resemble the sound of air bubbles, which burst, if you blow into the water through a thin straw. And they differ, respectively, by a very narrow or wider lumen. In the case of a sharp exacerbation of rales of one kind or another, medical assistance is urgently needed.
