Thematic planning for physical education: fruitful and healthy lessons

Teachers who implement curricula in a sports subject are guided by the educational standards of this training area, educational programs for schools, and also carry out thematic planning for physical culture and take into account sanitary norms, rules and hygienic standards. In addition, teachers need to know the safety rules for conducting classes and the rules for attesting pupils. Teachers should also develop lessons, which includes the drawing up of an activity plan, the conduct of warm-up and sports starts.

Before the thematic planning of physical culture, it is necessary to write an explanatory note, which should indicate which teaching aids the teacher will use to compose the lesson plan. There are two levels of the program - basic and advanced. The study of the main level takes two hours a week, and the study of the material in more detail - three hours. The program material should be complicated each academic year due to the fact that there are more complex elements, for example, athletics and cross.

Theoretical information can be taught both during the lessons, and allocate for the study of this material for one hour in every quarter. It is worth noting that the thematic planning for physical education also includes the distribution of study time for the passage of program material. For example, the basic part of grades 5-9 must be at least 50 hours, and the rest - sports games, gymnastics, small elements of acrobatics, athletics, cross-country and basketball.

The curriculum also includes the basics of knowledge about this subject, skills in this area, methods of tempering children and ways of self-regulation and self-control. Thematic planning for physical culture consists of natural foundations. For grades 5-6 it is made up taking into account the influence of the characteristics of the organism of children of this age on development and physical readiness. For 7-8 classes the main role is given to the locomotor apparatus and the muscular system in the implementation of motor acts. The ninth class is all kinds of exercises, taking into account the age and sex characteristics of children.

Socio-psychological bases also in each class consist of different tasks. In grades 5-6, play and competitive activities are carried out with the help of motor actions. In 7-8 classes - self-learning motor actions and development of attention, memory and thinking. In general, the calendar-thematic planning for physical culture should include a cultural and historical basis - these are the foundations of the history of the emergence and development of the Olympics, the importance of a healthy lifestyle for an adult and a child, and a presentation of different views on the material and spiritual values of sport.

It is very important that the thematic planning of physical culture includes the section "Methods of hardening". Children should take aerial and sunbathing outdoors - lessons in the first and last quarter of the school year must take place outdoors, of course, if there is no rain and no frost. This helps the growing body to become healthier and avoid colds.
