The foundation of TISE. People's methods of construction

The technology of individual construction and ecology (TISE) is used for the erection of concrete structures. It can be either a wall or a foundation. In this article, we will only consider the construction of a foundation by this method. TISE was developed specifically for individual and industrial developers who want to save on concrete.

It is quite easy to build a foundation for TISE. First, holes drilled in the ground with a depth of about 2 meters. The TISE drill, which is used in this case, has a plow, which makes it possible to make the extension at the bottom of the channel. In the drilled wells , the reinforcement is installed , and then all this is poured with concrete. Thus, reinforced concrete poles are obtained. They put a grillage so that there is a certain space between it and the ground. This is necessary in order to avoid pressure on the grillage at spring punching of the soil. The construction of the foundation of TISE implies observance of some basic technological moments. First, the ratio of the diameter of the resulting concrete pile (which should be at least 30 cm) to the diameter of its base should be 2 to 3.5. Secondly, it is impossible to make a grillage height less than 40 cm, and its width should be about 10 cm more than the diameter of the piles. Thirdly, the distance between piles should not be more than 2 m.

To build a quality foundation for TISE, it is necessary to use reinforcing wire with a diameter of 10-14 mm. And in grillage should be concreted not less than 8 ten-millimeter rods (accordingly, 6 twelve-millimeter and 4 fourteen-millimeters). On weak and puchinistyh grounds it is recommended to make a rigid reinforced connection between piles and grillage. In this case, the waterproofing of the upper planes of the piles is not applied.

The fittings of the grillage must be knit before the concrete mix is laid . Proceeding from all of the above, in order for the foundation of TISE to be more reliable, the vertical bars of the pillars are rigidly connected to the longitudinal rods of the grillage. In addition, spacers and transverse reinforcement are used to provide the geometry of the actual grilles during the pouring with concrete.

As you can see, it's very simple to build a foundation of TISE with your own hands. The only difficulty can arise with the acquisition of the TISE borax, which is quite expensive, about 300 thousand rubles. The very same technology is not anything complicated and is available for execution to almost any person. It is only necessary to fulfill all the technological requirements, and the constructed house will have a very reliable and qualitative basis.
