The preparation "Sulgin" instructions for use characterizes as an antibacterial sulfanilamide agent. During the entire therapeutic course, specialists recommend drinking at least two to three liters of fluid per day, thus maintaining an enhanced diuresis (urination).

Long-term use of the drug "Sulgin" contributes to suppressing the growth of E. coli, slowing down the intestine synthesis of B-vitamins. In this regard, patients are recommended to take the necessary amount of vitamins (nicotinic acid, riboflavin, thiamine) when prescribing the drug.

Synonyms for the drug "Sulgin" include such drugs as "Sulphoguanidine", "Resulfone", "Neosulfonamide", "Aseptylguanidine" and others.

The drug is stored out of reach of small children and dark places. Shelf life of the drug "Sulgin" - no more than five years.

The drug does not dissolve in ethyl alcohol and water, it does not smell.
