For patients between the ages of one and seven, a medicament in the form of a spray can be used. It is injected into both nostrils alternately one to three times a day.

If the drug is used not for hygienic, but for therapeutic purposes, the frequency of therapeutic procedures can be increased by a factor of 1.5 or 2.

The course of treatment has a duration, usually from a week to two. If necessary, the therapy can be repeated (after a break of one month).
