  10. Protection of regime and especially important objects, special cargoes, property of organizations and citizens under contracts, consular offices and diplomatic missions on the territory of the country.
  11. Organization of proceedings on administrative matters within the competence of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
  12. Providing state protection to judges, employees of supervisory and law enforcement agencies, the safety of participants in criminal proceedings and their relatives.

  14. Provision of the military and emergency regulations when they are introduced on the territory of the country or in its individual regions, carrying out measures for the prevention and liquidation of emergencies.
