  • A couple tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and lean oil.
  • Salt, spices and fresh herbs.

Preparing a salad, which includes chicken fillet with chicken breast, according to fairly simple technology. Washed and dried meat is cut with approximately the same strips and fried in warmed lean oil. Once it is ready, it is transferred to a clean plate, and semi-rings of onion, strips of sweet pepper and pre-cooked beans are sent to the empty frying pan.   • 4 fresh chicken fillets.
  • ¾ cup of sour cream.
  • 280 grams of frozen green beans.
  • 1/3 cup of water.

  • A large onion.

  • Salt, garlic, soy sauce and lean oil.

  • 350 grams of green beans.
  • A few cherry tomatoes.
  • For 3 tablespoons of olive oil and fresh tarragon.
  • 4 chicken fillets (without skin and bones).
  • 4 tablespoons butter.
  • 3 heads of shallots.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • White wine, salt, spices and parsley.
