Stretching of muscles: causes and methods of treatment

  1. A common method of treating the resulting injury is the use of vodka, egg white and soap. To do this, the soap is rubbed onto a large grater, mixed with vodka and egg whites, taken in equal proportions, and applied to the affected area. Such procedures should be done until complete recovery.
  2. Known among the people for its anti-inflammatory properties and barberry. Stretching muscles is treated with a decoction of the branches, bark and roots of this plant, which are taken one tablespoon per glass of water. Collect the need to boil for 5 minutes. Such a decoction is used in the form of lotions, and also drink, adding to milk.
  3. To accelerate the recovery of the stretched muscle, it is necessary to brew the elderberry berries in 5 liters of water and add a spoonful of soda. Insist and wash the sore spot.
  4. The following recipe is considered effective: take a small onion, peel and grate, mix with sugar. Mix the mixture on the bandage and attach to the injury site, changing it once a day. Carrying out these procedures removes swelling and pain.
  5. The stretching of the muscles is also treated with apple cider vinegar with the addition of black ground pepper. Bint need to moisten with warm vinegar, sprinkle abundantly with pepper and apply a peppery side to the stretch. The compress is aged for 10-15 minutes, after which it is washed off with warm water.
