Stewed cabbage with sausage or sausages

Cabbage was known in ancient times. This is evidenced by archaeological excavations. Today there are a lot of varieties of cabbage. Each variety is prepared in different ways. But the most common and acceptable of them - white cabbage (or cabbage garden). It can be either an independent dish or a filling of various dishes, both as a pure version of stewed cabbage, and stewed cabbage with various additives and fillers.

The recipe includes such products:

- ¼ of the average head of white cabbage ;

- 1 medium onion;

- sausages of any sort or sausage;

- 3-4 tablespoons. Mayonnaise;

- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste, moderately sharp ketchup or fresh squeezed tomato;

- butter or sunflower oil for frying;

- condiments for the lover.

2. Finely chop the onions and add to cabbage, stir.
