Soup with beans for the joy of adults and children

· Soup with beans and mushrooms. For this dish, prepare two hundred grams of any boiled mushrooms. Perfectly suitable frozen mushrooms or buttermilk. You will also need three hundred grams of beef bones, one onion, one hundred grams of canned beans, half a glass of sour cream, one hundred grams of a frozen mixture of any vegetables. Cook strong bone broth and strain it through a sieve. From the jar of canned beans, drain the water and wipe it in a mash, after which it is mixed with the broth. Mushrooms cut into small pieces. The defrosted vegetable mix and mushrooms are put in a saucepan to beans, salt at will and cooked on low heat until ready. Soup we pour on portions plates, add sour cream and sprinkle with herbs.

· Soup with beans and chicken. Delicious turns soup, prepared with beans with chicken. It combines the dietary properties of both products. To make it, you need the following list of foods: four hundred grams of chicken meat, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a clove of garlic, one celery stalk, one can of red and white canned beans, four hundred grams of chickpeas, a corn can, a tablespoon of paprika, several twigs of marjoram and Liter of chicken broth. Chicken meat cut into small strips and fry to crust in vegetable oil. Pre-cook the chickpeas or take canned. Purified garlic is passed through the press. We cut the stalk of celery into rings. From the beans, corn and chickpea drain the water. Grind the celery and garlic in the same oil as the chicken. Mix in the pan fried vegetables, chickpeas, corn, beans and pour ready chicken broth. Solim at will and season with paprika. Cook for 20 minutes. Ready soup with beans is poured over serving plates. In each we put chicken meat and a twig of marjoram.

· Soup with beans and sausage. Very quickly this soup is prepared. The taste of smoked sausages gives it a special piquancy, which men like so much. To please their household with such a dish, it will take: two hundred grams of canned beans, two Bulgarian peppers, two small onions, a bunch of greens, several cloves of garlic, five hundred grams of tomatoes, four smoked sausages, a pinch of red and white pepper, vegetable oil. We clean garlic and onions from the husks. At pepper we delete a peduncle and we cut it with thin straws. With the beans drain the water. Cut tomatoes into small pieces. Onions, garlic and tomatoes are fried in vegetable oil. We add straws of pepper and beans to the saucepan . We extinguish 10 minutes. We cut sausages into rings and put them to vegetables. Fill with boiling water, salt at will. Fresh greenery, finely chopped. Five minutes before the readiness, we add white and red pepper to the bean soup. Ready dish we pour on serving plates and sprinkle with greens.
